It deals with comparasion of offered forms in financing of loans, especially mortgage loans and their combinations with another products like building savings and unit trusts for needs of model clients. The outcome of a thesis is a proposal and recommendation of the most advantageous variant for financing of given real estate.

The object of main master´s thesis called Blue Pyramid Building Society, Inc. – Financing for the Construction of a House occupies by the credits provided from Blue Pyramid Building Society, Inc. The goal of this study is proposing of a Handbook that should help to financial consultants of Blue Pyramid Building Society, Inc. by the process of a loan for financing for the construction of a house (including acquisition of a lot). In the theoretical part I aim at the general principals of the functioning of the building savings and building savings loans. In the practical part I aim at the process of a loan provided from Blue Pyramid Building Society, Inc. There is processed a proposal of the Handwork. In the final part the Handwork is applied to the specific case from practice to assessment of its operation.

Development of building savings product in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis deals with development of a building savings product in the Czech Republic. It introduces basic characteristics of the product, describes current market conditions and prognoses for its future development and mentions a former purpose of its establishment, which was housing issues solution. The theoretical part firstly introduces the Building Savings Act and changes that were implemented on it so far. It also describes a building savings contract, conditions for state financial aid, problems related to purposefulness of the product, defines the terminology used in this thesis and describes individual parts of the product and its advantageous conditions. Later it provides a general description of individual building societies and the building savings products offered by them. In the applicative part of the thesis, a current state of the building savings product is presented and future development prognoses for neighbouring countries are demonstrated.

Development and status of building savings in the Czech Republic and its prospects

The bachelor thesis deals with development and status of building savings in the Czech Republic and its prospects since the year 2000 until 2014. Development of the building savings in these years was influenced mainly by the legal amendments related to building savings which regulated amount of the government benefits. Through elementary characteristics of time series, there has been done analysis of the chosen indicators during fifteen years. This analysis also enabled a prediction of further development in the next time period. Among the indicators of the building savings were selected the number of new contracts and the average target sum, the contracts of building savings in the savings phase and the amount saved, the paid out government benefits and the average government benefit related to the contracts of the building savings, as well as the number and volume of provided loans and the rate of the volume of the loans altogether and the amount saved. The analysis was used for establishing of proposals and recommendation of the building savings in the Czech Republic.

Analysis of the Building Savings Market in the Czech Republic and its prospects

Building savings is a good way of financing citizens housing needs. This thesis deals with a statistical analysis of the building savings market in the Czech Republic. Using elementary characteristics of time series it analyzes the number of new contracts, including an increase in the target amounts since 2000, which shows the impact of legislative changes that have affected the product. In great detail it also analyzes the business results of several building societies in the years 2010-2015, which involves the number of new contracts, including an increase in the target amount, the volume of target amounts, the number and volume of new loans. Based on the behavior of these indicators in recent years a possible development in 2016 is predicted. The conclusion presents suggestions and recommendations for a further development of savings in a building society.

Statistical analysis of the market for building savings in the Czech Republic and its perspectives

The subject of the thesis is an analysis the current state of building savings in the Czech Republic and its development in years from 2006 to 2014. In the theoretical part this thesis has general characteristic building savings and basic concepts associated with its. In the practical part this thesis analyses indicators of progress building savings using elemental characteristics of time serie. They are the number of new building savings contracts, contracts in the savings phase, the number of loans, the average target amount for new contracts, the accumulated amount, the proportion of total loans to saved amount and the average state support. Prediction of these indicators in 2017 is calculated using analytical settlement non - periodic time series and then suggestions and recommendations are found for better status of building savings on the market for financial products.

Comparison of loan products for housing

In my bachelor thesis I defined possibilities of housing and options of funding private housing. Based on gathered informations from different banks and building savings banks, I compared offered products. For the comparison I used financial and mathematical methods and I have found the optimal solution of funding private housing for model clients.

This essay analyses possibilities of housing financing in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes basic types of housing financing, to be specific mortgages and credits given by the building savings bank. The analytical part is aimed to compare credits of specific banks and building saving banks. The last part contains model situations, which describe different options of housing financing. There are described advantages and disadvantages of these options and individual procedures, which are necessary for their realization.
