Tato práce podává ucelený přehled o finančních produktech na trhu. Popisuje možnosti, které mohou jednotlivci nebo rodiny využít při řešení této otázky. Teoretická část popisuje základní druhy financování bydlení, a to konkrétně hypoteční úvěry a úvěry poskytované stavební spořitelnou. Praktická část se zaměřuje spíše na analýzu současné situace na finančním trhu. V závěru práce je modelová situace vlastního financování bydlení, která popisuje různé možnosti financování bydlení. This thesis gives comprehensive overwiev of financial products on the market. Describe the possibilities that individuals or families can use to resolve this issue. The theoretical part describes the basic types of housing finance, specifically mortgages and loans provided by the building society. The practical part focused on analyze the current situation on the financial market. The concluding part is own model situation housinh finance which describes various options for housing finance.
