Titel: The efficiency of development strength in the preparatory period of the younger junior girls team of handball Goals: The aim is to find out, how the junior girls team of the premier league of TJ Havlíčkův Brod is changing power capabilities during physical training in pre-and in racing period. Method: The first point of my work was thorough analysis of scientific literature in the field of fitness training, handball and testing. In my work I used a test method. For the evaluation of obtained data and to compare the results, I used the statistical significance of the difference and substantive significance. Results: The results showed differences in strength during the preparatory season between premier league team and SCM team. It also shows the differences in strength of the preparation period and after the racing period. Key words: handball, strength, preparatory period

Title: The winter training of the best first league female football teams The aim of my thesis is the analysis of training processes and mapping equipment used in the winter training of the best first league women football teams. A sub-objective is to observe the training units in the club SK Slavia Praha and 1. FC Slovacko and at the base of obtained dates to content analysis of the training process. The main focus of analysis is the objective of training units, the use of aids, load intensity and the number of women-players and coaches. The results of the analysis provide a basic starting point for improving the training process in the winter preparation period.

Title of thesis: Construction of preparatory period for Taekwondo WTF. Purpose: Purpose of this bachelor thesis is creation of a plan for preparatory period with all its belongings. It shoud be applicable in praxis and it should provide needed physical condition for subsequent periods of yearly cyklus. Methods: To make bachelor thesis secundary sources were used, above all expert literature which deals with the theme and websites. Within the practical part there is made the training plan of preparátory period for 12 weeks based on secundary sources and author's own findings from praxis and the describtive method was used. Comparasion of efectivness of slacks into women's handball teams.

Title: Comparasion of efectivness of slacks into women's handball teams. Goals: The aim of this thesis is to find out motion performance by women's handball team playing in different competitive levels. Their motion performance we teste dat the beginning and end of their slacks and with the help of obtained results we will try to find out the effectiness of that period by both of these teams. Method: Bachelor's thesis is Works up with the help of analytical study using empiric observation an experimental file was formed by two women's teams playing in competititons of different performance level. Testing took place in standard reference conditions with minimalization of external influences. Results: The results of testing show that it has come to improving the level of motion performance after paging the slacks whereas better results on the avarage, both at the beginning and the ending of slacks, were attained by women players from higher competition.
