Hotel with wellness

The topic of this thesis is a new-building of a hotel with a wellness centre. The building site is located in the cadastral area of Malenovice near Zlín, the city of Zlín, Zlín Region. It is the building consisting of three rectangles inserted into each other. The building is designed as a six-floor skeletal construction with a cellar made of reinforced concrete, roofed with flat roofs. In the first floor there is a reception, a restaurant with outside seating, wellness centre, and utility rooms. The second and the third floor are intended for accommodation of guests in the form of double rooms and apartments. In the fourth and fifth floors there are double rooms as well. Rooms for guests and apartments are situated to the southern and northern part. This residential space is mostly equipped with balconies stretching along the corners. In the last, sixth floor there can be found the management of the hotel, a conference room and a bar with terrace. The main entrance is situated to the northern part of the object. Outdoor parking places are also a part of the hotel. Exterior and interior of the hotel are designed in the conformity with current modern trends. The layout of the space is functional and basic. The dynamics of the building is supported by external holes in black colour and by the two-coloured facade in blue and grey colours. The hotel is meant for both active and passive relaxation, there is a possibility of accommodation of young couples, families with children, elderly people, individuals, and people with limited ability of movement. The hotel of designed with the focus on the comfort of guests. Therefore the leisure time space is a part of hotel. The comfortable space for relaxation within the object is provided by the wellness centre mentioned above, the bar with terrace, and an outdoor swimming pool. Villa in the town

It is about new-built Town Villa standing alone in a new location in the cadaster unit of the town Červený Kostelec. The building has three-floor with a partial basement and it follows the sloping terrain by its design. The building is designed for four to six-members family.There are technical amenities of house and wellness center on basement including sauna, whirlpool bath and gym. On the first and second floor are habitable rooms of villa and separate apartment. The house has two spacious terraces, balcony and garrage for two cars. The structural system of the building is composed of thermal insulation ceramic masonry and reinforced concrete wall in permanent formwork. Vertical structures are designed by Porotherm masonry, horizontal structures are designed by Porotherm system and load-bearing elements of Isokorb® system. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof.
Family House

My bachelor's thesis project deals with a detached house with a flat roofs. The building has two abowe-ground floors and one underground floor. The basic construction material is reinforcement. The house is intended for a family of four members. The new family home is situated in the village Košťalov. This bahelor thesis includes a study of the family house, layout drawings, architectural building solutin building dokumentation, fire safety sheme and building physics.
Administrative building

The thesis deals with design of new administrative building, which supposed to serve as headquarters of midsize company with approximately 100 employees. Concept of the building with two overground floors and basement would meet requirements of growing corporate structure, company representation and modern working environment. Rectangular shape of the building allows future dispositional reconstruction and modernization. This layout allows to simplify solution of technical equipment. On the first floor of 870 square meters is facility for employees and clients located including technical background of the building as well. The underground floor is designed as storage, technical background and civil protection shelter. On the second floor are employees and management´s space located. The structural system of the building is composed of reinforced concrete skeletal structure casted in situ. Cladding of the underground section is designed as monolithic concrete walls. Upper part cladding is designed as ceramic masonry walls. The building facade is a combination of smooth aluminium panels, aluminium windows and glass facade with transparent and opaque parts. The main carousel entry is located in the glass facade part.
Leisure time centre with accomodation

New-building of leisure center. The building contains two stories, without basement. Structural system of building is created by Porotherm and supplemented by reinforced concrete columns. There are large entrance hall, canteen, lecture and exercise rooms in the ground level. Accommodation rooms, private apartment, laundry room and building manager’s apartment are situated in the second level of building. Roofing of the two-storey building is created by arched truss. The single-storey building is roofed by green roof.
Mountain hotel

The topic of this diploma thesis is design of new Mountain hotel in the cadastral area of city Michlova Huť, part of city Vimperk. The hotel is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete wall structures based strip foundations. The ground plan is designed as a rectangular object, to which is attached a smaller rectangle providing the main entrance to the building. Load-bearing structure of pitched roof is designed by a reinforced concrete structure. The roof is solved as a double-layer with air gap for ventilation. The total capacity of hotel are approximately 70 guest and 15 workers.
Production hall

The topic of this diploma thesis is design of new production hall in the cadastral area of city Hrusinec. The building is located in an existing industrial area. The building consists of two adjacent structures. The higher of them is single-story production hall and the lower is three-story high office building. In horizontal plane the buildings have rectangular shape. Hall part is designed as a steel structure on foundation blocks. Roof is supported by truss girders. Office building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton also on foundation blocks. The flat roof of the office building is a single-layer with typical composition. Functionally, the building is designed as a single unit. The total employee capacity is approximately 54 workers.
Nursery School

This Diploma Thesis deals with a new-building project of a nursery school in a cadastral area of the town Tišnov. The building is situated in a calm peripheral part of a town. The building is projected as a single-storey, has an atypical ground plan, aproximately "Y" shaped. Vertical constructions are bricked of ceramic blocks and they are based on foundation-belts. The roof is flat, one-couted, with a classical order of layers. The building is functional divided in economic part and two child´s sections of the nursery school. The general capacity of the nursery school is 48 children.
Kindergarten in Horšovský Týn

The aim of this master's thesis is to design a kindergarten in Horšovský Týn. Kindergarten is situated in a town district called Malé předměstí. It is three-storey building with wall support system. Building is founded on shallow foundation; walls are made of ceramic bricks and single ply flat roof. Kindergarten has one basement and two overground storey. On the basement there are offices and common room. On the first floor there are two kindergarten's departments and second floor there it one kindergarten's department. Outside the kindergarten there is playground.
