Managerial Communication in the selected company

The presented bachelar paper is concerned Managerial Communication in the selected company. I focused on in-house communication. The paper is divided into two parts on Theoretical part and Practical part. In the Theoretical part I worked through selected literature review of literature focused on the based concepts of communication. In the Practical part I choose midsized company. Through unstructured interview and questionnaire research I make a suggestion non-binding recommendations for changes in the in-house communication.

Internal Communication on Example of Microsoft

The master's thesis deals with one of modern methods of human resources management, the internal communication. It examines relations between corporate culture and internal communication as well as application of internal communication into business strategy in order to raise efectivness of businesses. The thesis also points out present level of internal communication in Czech companies. The thesis includes detailed analysis of formal and informal communication tools and puts emphasis on necessity of measurement of effects brought by internal communication strategy. Theoretical knowledge is used to analyse internal communication in Microsoft Czech Republic. Evaluation of internal communication in Microsoft is based on interviews with managers and questionnaire survey realized accross the whole company. The main goal of the thesis is to set a range of suggestions to improve and successfully develop internal communication in Microsoft.

Internal communication in the Holding PNS

This thesis is devoted to internal communications in the holding company PNS. The theoretical part is focused on explaining concepts: communication, internal communication and its tools, methods and barriers. The practical part is focused on the holding PNS and through an anonymous survey analyzes the internal communication and employee views on methods of communication. Based on the results obtained from the survey then evaluate the use of communication tools, efficiency of communication tools and employee satisfaction. The conclusion summarizes the results and proposed some recommendations that could lead to improving the current level of internal communication in the company.

Communication strategy of Prague Magistrate

This diploma thesis deals with communication of public administration. It is focused on communication ways of public administration. It presents them theoretically and practically. In the first part there are defined basic terms of communication. The author provides knowledge about communication tools and their usage in public administration. The importance of modern communication technologies is emphasized. Then the public administration and its aspects influencing its communication are presented. In the last part of this thesis the theoretical knowledge is applied to real practice and demonstrated on communication strategy of Prague' Magistrate.

CSR a její komunikace v ČR

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku CSR a její komunikace. Práce nejprve vysvětluje koncept CSR a pojmy s ním spojené, přínosy jeho implementace do dlouhodobé strategie firmy a podporu tohoto konceptu na mezinárodním poli včetně standardů, které se k němu vztahují. Především však práce hodnotí výchozí i stávající situaci v České republice, poukazuje na nedostatečnou komunikaci tématu v ČR. Proto práce přináší ucelený přehled nástrojů, kterými je možno CSR komunikovat a více ho zviditelnit v České republice. V praktické části jsou popsány CSR aktivity tří firem působících v ČR a jejich webové stránky o CSR.
