Design of Methods for Encrypted Traffic Visualization
Hlučková, Pavla ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (referee) ; Malina, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with design of methods for encrypted traffic visualization. It generally describes selected encrypted traffic protocols, whose data samples were collected later on to form a dataset. Furthermore, it focuses on the topic of IP flow monitoring and decribes the means of carrying out such monitoring. An important part of this thesis is the dataset created from the samples of mentioned protocols and the visualizations of different statistics and metadata gatherable from (extended) IP flows of these protocols. The designed methods of visualization are implemented using the Python programming language and the Jupyter Notebook technology.
Implementation of local DNA structures analysis tool
Kaura, Patrik ; Trenz, Oldřich (referee) ; Šťastný, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the description and implementation of the API wrapper application, which works on top of computational core ibp bioinformatics. The first half of the thesis is focused on the summary of basic knowledge in the field of DNA research, as well as the specification of the problem and description of selected technologies. The other half deals with the actual implementation, distribution, and evaluation of application applicability on specific DNA sequences.
Twitter data analysis tool
Rýdl, Pavel ; Komosný, Dan (referee) ; Galáž, Zoltán (advisor)
This work deals with the creation of an application for automatic downloading and Twitter data analysis based on natural language processing techniques. The application is created in the Python programming language. A development environment Jupyter Notebook was used for creating the application, where the entire application, including GUI, was implemented. In the section of theory are data downloading issues and data analysis by natural language processing described. In the part of implementation there is solution of the application described in several steps, such as creating the application on the Twitter's side, downloading, preprocessing, data analysis with techniques of natural language processing and following visualization. There was also a technique with no natural language processing implemented. Testing run on tweets that contained reference to US president Donald Trump.
Particle Swarm Optimization Library
Hruban, Milan ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Bidlo, Michal (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to develop a library that is able to solve optimization tasks using PSO. The library is implemented using Kotlin and is designed to achieve high extensibility and usability. Moreover, a tool for processing and statistical analysis of experiments performed using the library is implemented by means of the Jupyter Notebook environment. The utilization of these tools creates a setup suitable for experimenting with the current and developing new variations of the PSO algorithm.
Zpracování laboratorních měření v SageMath Cloud
SOMORA, Milan
The primary aim of this thesis is to introduce the potential of the CoCalc Web Service (before SageMath Cloud) and to teach the students of universities, so that they can achieve better results in laboratory measurements. The informations and procedures outlined in this work can also be applied to documents of another branch.
Extending Presentation Features of Jupyter Notebook
Pastorek, Peter ; Dytrych, Jaroslav (referee) ; Smrž, Pavel (advisor)
This work deals with Jupyter Notebook environment. It extends its abilities for presenting programming, allows downloading of materials from html documents, improves the look of presentations, allows automated preparation of the document for the presentation, editing of RISE settings used for presentation, and editing conversion of the document into LaTeX.
