Projected User Interface - Board Game
Kaisler, Vojtěch ; Kapinus, Michal (referee) ; Najman, Pavel (advisor)
The thesis brings a project and an implementation of an interactive board game. The implementation can be divided into a detection part and a projection part. Detection, realized by an infra-red camera, serves as a means for recording players' responses. The players interact with the game through simple hand gestures. Projection screens a game plan, which includes the players' figures, on the table with the help of a data projector. The game chosen for projection is a role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons.
Thermovision of photovoltaic modules authomatic analysis
Klíma, Jakub ; Čech, Ondřej (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with diagnostics of photovoltaic panels especially with infrared diagnostics. There are described defects which we can examine using thermovision and also this thesis explains the cause of their formation. Practical part deals with the design of the program that automatically detects defects on infrared images.
The utilization of infrared camera for measurement of electrical machines temperature
Halfar, Tomáš ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Kuchyňková, Hana (advisor)
Bachelor‘s thesis The Application of Infrared Camera for measuring the temperature of Electrical Machines acquaints with issues of heat, its creation and transmission. This work includes options of measuring of the temperature. There are given methods of contactless measuring of the temperature especially in this work. Main accent is given to problematic of measuring of the temperature with infrared camera SAT HY6800. The work includes introduction with basic functions of infrared camera and operation manual of the camera. It was created manual for utilization of program SAT report in relation to infrared cameras. In the practical part of bachelor’s thesis is measuring the temperature of three DC motors from company ATAS Elektromotory Náchod with different covers and comparing of their warming.
Experiments with Thermoscans of Hands
Foltýn, Radek ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Váňa, Jan (advisor)
This identification with fingerprints or palmprints is one of the biometric methods of man's identification. This thesis deals with two problems: The first one is the hand detection in thermoscans by means of outstanding contours search (palm edge, individual fingers). The second one is the depiction of useful data from thermoscans, i.e. those ones which are connected with the given hand (separation of interfering parts).
Development of Method for Visualization and Measuring of Temperature Fields in Air with using Thermovision Camera
Pešek, Martin ; Šafařík,, Pavel (referee) ; Černecký,, Jozef (referee) ; Pavelek, Milan (advisor)
This work deals with the measurement of temperature fields in the air using an infrared camera. The dissertation describes the opportunity of measuring the temperature field in the air and the characterization of the developed measuring method. In the next part there are introduced the beginning of thermography imaging and the field of usability of the new infrared measuring method. Further, the theoretical foundations of the thermography measuring method in the temperature fields in the air are described. In the theoretic background there are described the analysis of heat conduction in an auxiliary material, the determination of dynamic properties of the method and the analysis of radiation, which has an influence on infrared imagining. This method requires an insertion of the auxiliary material into the non-isothermal air flow, which can allow for the study of the temperature distribution in air. For effective visualization of temperature fields in the air using an infrared camera, the selection of the appropriate auxiliary material, on which the air temperature displays, is crucial. In the next part of the doctoral thesis, there is a description of static measuring properties of auxiliary materials. The usability range of the measuring method is determined from these properties. In the thesis there are presented the description of the device for the measurement of 2D temperature fields in the air and the description of the measuring device for 3D measurements of temperature fields in the air using an infrared camera, which can also be used for measurements of temperature fields in small enclosed spaces through a viewing window. For the practical use of the method, the detailed methodology of measuring temperature fields in the air by an infrared camera was developed and its applicability was demonstrated on practice examples. The developed measuring method can be used in many areas of research and in practice.

Contactless measurement of surface temperatures during milling
Kmenta, Michal ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Polzer, Aleš (advisor)
This Master's theses deals with the contactless measurement of surface temperatures and incorporates it among other methods of temperature measurement. For practical experiments were used infrared camera ThermaCAM SC 2000 from producer FLIR. The experiment was focused on the area of manufacturing technology – milling. Have been investigated effects of different cutting conditions on the surface temperature of the machined sample and the results are expressed mainly in the charts.
Application of IR imaginery in electrical engineering
Strmeň, Milan ; Valenta, Jiří (referee) ; Aubrecht, Vladimír (advisor)
This work deals with contactless measurement of a temperature, its principles and types. Above all, it is aimed mainly on thermovision. Infrared camera SH-68 / HY-6800 is presented and its functions are described. Brief instruction manual together with important information on a measurement is also presented. An example of a simple measurement, which is itemized to several steps, is worked up in the framework of the project. The last part of the project is devoted to the thermovision applications in a general practice. Temperature rise of a part of high voltage diconnector was measured by IR camera and compared to the contact method of the temperature measurement.
Using the infrared camera in the measuring technique.
Jakl, Oldřich ; Horák, Karel (referee) ; Bejček, Ludvík (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on using infrared camera within methods of active thermography. The first part of work is an introduction to the passive and active thermography; and about four basic methods of active thermography: step heating themography, Lock-in thermography and pulse phase thermography. The second part is a proposal of experimental working place. There are also presented results of practical implementation pulse and pulse phase methods tested for application of detection of subsurface defect.
