Influence of Regular Activity on health of young learners

The title of thesis: Influence of regular physical activities on the health of younger school children Aims of thesis: The main aim of this thesis is find out the reality, whether the regular physical activity influences on the health of younger school children. Nowadays, there is an increase of diseases caused by inactive way of life. It's because of today's hurried time and therefor there is a need to aware and stress the influence of regular physical activity on the health of each person, whether children or the adults. Hypokinetic way of life causes problems since the early childhood. At present, one third of people are obese and that's very alarming at these times where there is enough of healthy food and where every person has a chance to attend lots of sports centers. The next aims of this thesis is to find out children's attitude to sport and physical activities, whether they do any sport in their free time together with their parents and whether they are aware of influence of regular physical activity on their health. Psychological and physiological effects of deficiency of physical movement

The aim of this bachelor thesis is fiding out the impact of the deficiency of physical movement for human psychological ale physiological health. This bachelor thesis is a summary of knowledge about physical activity topic, shortage of motion and their possitive and negative effect for physiological and psychological health. Further information is the knowledge from the field of lifestyle, healthly or unhealthy, health benefits, diseases of civilization, body image. Today's people are still programmed for the lives of hunters and gatherers, who have been physically straining every day to find food, because in the last 10,000 years our genetic equipment has not changed since the Stone Age. Therefore, inadequate muscle use at work can be almost as harmful as smoking a cigarette. In the thesis is highlighted how the physical activity is important and which benefit is for the health of the individual and his/her emotional tuning. On the other hand, there are results of shortage of physical activity for physiological and psychological health. The bachelor thesis clarified many detections, one of them is research of physical activity of oncological patients. The research found out that the physical activity can prolong the oncological patient lifes.
Analysis of sports activities and quality of life of students PF JU

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out relation of students PF JU to sports activities and influence of this relation to quality of their lives. Target group were randomly chosen students aged from 19 to 25. TheAverage age was 21 years. The research was done by standardized questionnaire. We asked for their sport activity level, frequency of exercising, and who brought them to sport. In the second part of the questionnaire we asked how they are satisfied with quality of their lives, education or relationships in their families or in their age group. In research were 201 students PF JU. Results shows, that the most important for students is health, but they don't devote their free time to sport quite often. They are rarely satisfied with their lives, even though they have a lot of opportunities.
Catering and physical activities at elementary school.

This work deals with the issue of eating and physical activity of children in elementary school by comparing two categories - younger and older school age. The aim of this work is first to map the situation, to find out what is the level of eating habits and physical activity and whether the results differ in relation to the child's age. To provide the background to the research, a set of questionnaire questions for pupils was devised, focusing on two aspects of this topic - morning and afternoon meals and leisure activities with an emphasis on physical activity. The main finding is the fact that both children and parents are well informed about good eating habits and the importance of physical activity and they are usually trying to apply them in practice. The result is a negative answer to the question whether the age of the child is directly related, respectively. the influence of parents on children, the quality of eating habits and the intensity of physical activity. Physical growth and efficiency of preschool children regarding motion mode

This diploma thesis deals with comparing the level of physical growth and basic motor skills of preschool children, their motion mode and the conditions for movement activities in two kindergartens located in different municipalities (in a city and in a town). The aim of the study was to determine the level of growth and motor performance of preschool children in relation to the motion mode at their residence. The study included 116 children aged 4-6. The level of physical growth was assessed by measuring somatic characteristics of children (height, weight, BMI). The data extracted from the study were compared to percentile charts. The level of motor performance was assessed by sensory tests. In the case of basic motor skills there was chosen 20 ms run with standing start for the testing of speed capability, for the evaluation of explosive strength abilities was selected jump from the spot with two legs reflection, the testing of explosive strength of the upper limbs was exercised by a ball throw by both right and left hand. At the same time, these tests show the level of motor performance of preschool children. The analysis of the primary prevention programmes in Liberec region

Topic of my thesis covers the analysis of programmes, related to primary prevention within the Liberec region. Theoretical part of my thesis comprises the identification of basic terms that are related to the development of socio-pathological phenomena and risk behaviour of children and youth. Furthermore, the thesis depicts the prevention system, which is focused on primary prevention of the risk behaviour. An important part of the thesis is the primary prevention as a part of the upbringing process. The theoretical part of my thesis ends with a chapter that is dealing with the community planning process of villages. By means of an empiric investigation, practical part of the thesis analyses the situation within the primary prevention at elementary schools, information on the number of providers and programmes for primary prevention are investigated in the thesis as well. Another important output lies within the needs and attitudes of the villages in the given region.
Preschool children's sport activities through eyes of parents

The Bachelor thesis is focused on sport activities of preschool children. The theoretical part deals with the healthy lifestyle, the motion in the relationship to pre-schoolers, their attitude to sport activity and the impact of an early specialization. The research follows up the views of parents on sport activities of their children study focus on the view of the parents on sport activities of their children, or more precisely on their real motivation to them and at the same time it shows parental expectations. The research observation will be held in the nursery school located in small village close to České Budějovice, the gathered data will be evaluated quantitatively. The goal of this research is to determine the authentic motivation of parents lead their preschool children to a sport activity.
Project for Sports and Physical Education Services - Brno Recondition Centre
