Microprocessor controlled inverter for motors
Fiala, Michal ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of universal converter used for motor control by microcontroller. The first part contains concept, functional overview of the device and its parts. The next part deals with mechanical design and construction of the converter and dimensioning of power, control and measurement circuits. The following part describes control algoritm used for three-phase motor and its testing using simulation. Effect of voltage variant of a frequency converter on asynchronous motor parameters
Pavlas, Michal ; Bílek, Vladimír (referee) ; Bárta, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on literature researches, dealing with the properties of controlled drives with asynchronous machines. The work describes the possibility of operation of a three-phase asynchronous machine directly powered from a single-phase network without a frequency converter. In the next part, the research is focused on a theme dealing with the influence of harmonics of the converter on the parameters of an asynchronous motor. Subsequently, specific test methods for determining the losses and efficiencies of AC motors powered by frequency converters are described on the basis of the IEC 60034-2-3 standard. The last part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to the assessment of the influence of the voltage variant of the frequency converter on the parameters of the asynchronous motor.
Wireless control of induction machine.
Frelich, David ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Pazdera, Ivo (advisor)
This master's thesis is interested in concept of frequency converter for induction machine to power 2 kW. Control of this converter is wirelessly or via PC. The solution is based on execution with integrated circuits and microprocesors to control them.
Frequency inverter for small induction machine
Pavlík, Ondřej ; Procházka, Petr (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to continue in prototype realization and a final proposition of three-phase frequency transformer pilot projected in scope of my bachelor work. This transformer is outlined for a small unsynchronized engine to 100 watt output and is designed to supply the fan motor. This suggestion was optimalized from the standpoint of bargain low price and technical feasibility. Powerful part of transformer is solved with help of circuit FSB50450 which is fed from compact source MYRRA 47155. Steering system is guaranteed with circuit MC3PHAC. This device is possible to use in less demanding applications where it was resisted by high expensive price of common frequency transformers.
Robotic table football - game strategy
Parák, Roman ; Matoušek, Radomil (referee) ; Lang, Stanislav (advisor)
The aim of the master's thesis is the robotic table football device modification and the design of game strategies. The thesis was extended by the design of technology for the robotic table football safety and the design of the Human Machine Interface (HMI). In the introduction so far developed solutions and presentation of the B&R Automation company are described. The following chapters describe mechanical solution modification, electrical wiring diagram design, creating simulation in the MATLAB development environment, resolving security issues and the subsequent application of a solution into the robotic table football. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the visualization interface design.
Control of power inverter with active rectifier
Klusáček, Jan ; Knobloch, Jan (referee) ; Rubeš, Ondřej (advisor)
The bachelor’s thesis deals with design of control algorithm and control electronics for frequency converter designed for operation control of induction generator in small hydro power plant. The thesis consists of basic description of scalar control of induction machines by method of constant magnetic flux, suitable control electronics overview, user and integrated development environment overview and detailed description of user code. Validation of functionality of the user code by measurement with induction machine is also included.
Approximate determination of the load on the vertical elevator
Šindelek, Milan ; Šedivá, Soňa (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
Bachelor thesis "Approximate determination of the weight load on the vertical elevator" is concerned with detecting the mass of material in the container storage tower LogiMat. In Chapter Weight container using strain gages described method to determine the weight by using strain gages and their placement in the draft Logimatu. There is also addressed the possibility of using measurements actual size of current asynchronous motor to drive the elevator. In the chapter Editing Software PLC is described library VahaLib that calculates the load from the measured variables on the elevator motor.
The influence of the frequency converter on the life and damage of bearings
Mynář, Josef ; Hammer, Miloš (referee) ; Nahodil, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the technical diagnostics of machines with a closer focus on vibrational diagnostics. In the thesis is elaborated a design of a diagnostic system with measurement methodology, measurement procedure and evaluation of measured data on the machine produced by Siemens.
Power inverter with active rectifier
Dvořáček, Daniel ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Rubeš, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deals with the principle of functions, constructions and possibilities of the control of inductions machines. There is also briefly described the issue of the power transducers from which the frequency converters are coming out, as well as is described here the process of designing of the power part of the converter.
Bánki-Michell turbine set and its maximum power point control
Marčok, Samuel ; Baculák,, Tibor (referee) ; Červinka, Dalibor (advisor)
This master’s thesis focuses on maximalization of power point of Bánki-Michell turbine and asynchronous generator set in small hydroelectric powerplant with the use of frequency converter. The first chapter addresses the history, division, and construction of hydroelectric powerplants. The following two chapters describe mechanical and electrotechnical equipment that is necessary for correct design of the control. The fourth chapter describes control possibilities of asynchronous generator and Bánki-Michell turbine set. As a verification of correctness, master´s thesis involves simulation in Matlab-Simulink. Results of this simulation are addressed in the fifth chapter, where systemic behaviour in selected control approach with the maximum power point of the set is considered. The most extensive chapter is the sixth one, because it depicts detailed description of measurement in speed or torque control. Last chapter summarizes and compares measured dependences with expected systemic behaviour derived from simulation. The conclusion of this thesis raises another possibilities for improvement of water potencial usage and describes the contribution of frequency converter.
