Orságová, Veronika ; Bečkovská, Tereza (referee) ; Nespěšný, Ondřej (advisor)
The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house in accordance with the current legislation. The aim of the thesis is to design and describe the proposed layout of the building, appropriately choose the structural system, materials, solve the ground settlement with respect to the existing condition of the land and respect the surrounding buildings. The basis of the work was the municipality's master plan, the land registry and the geological map. The new building will be located on a flat terrain in a remote and quiet part of Pardubice on an area whose use according to the planning documentation is low-rise suburban housing. The proposed house is a two-storey building with no basement, which is adapted for housing four people. The project focuses on creating a functional home with optimal use of space and separation of zones. The construction system is wall-based. Lime-sand blocks with external contact insulation made of polystyrene facade boards were used for the external masonry. The horizontal structures will be made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The roofing of the main building is provided by a heavy system roof structure. The second part of the building is covered by a flat, vegetated roof with an attic. On the first floor there is a communication and social area, where the spacious living room with dining room and kitchenette is located. On the second floor there is a separate quiet zone, where mainly children's rooms and bedrooms are located. On both floors there is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Single-family house in Domanín
Raiskubová, Lenka ; Jechová, Marie (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for a building permit for a new family house. The new building is situated on the edge of the built-up area of the village of Domanín near Uherské Hradiště. It is a two-story house with a gable roof, a cellar and a garage next to the house. The floor plan of the building is rectangular. The house has 142 m2. The vertical load-bearing wall is made of burnt blocks filled with mineral wool. The horizontal construction system is designed from a prefa-monolithic system. The roof structure on the house is a truss. On the first floor in the northern part of the house there is a vestibule, utility room, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room and kitchen are oriented to the southwest. On the second floor there are two rooms and one bedroom, a common dressing room, a bathroom with a shower and a bath and a separate toilet. 10 photovoltaic panels are designed on the house, which will cover the electricity consumption from May to September. The MVHR is located in the utility room. From the utility room, the wiring is located in the ceiling voids. The system is designed to provide a background ventilation rate of 330 m3/h. The house is heated by underfloor heating supplemented by towel radiators in the bathrooms. The hot water cylinder tank accumulates warm water from the air to water heat pump. Domestic hot water is supplied from a 230l hot water tank. Rainwater will be channeled into a accumulates tank and subsequently used to water the garden. The project includes a thermal and technical assessment of the building, an assessment from the point of view of acoustics and daylighting, and an assessment of the fire and safety solution of the building. The project documentation was developed in the Archicad software.
Design of a heat source for heating a family house
Stoklásek, Martin ; Linda, Jakub (referee) ; Kracík, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an optimal heat source for heating a family house. The first part introduces common technologies for heating and hot water. In the second part, a specific family house is analysed, including the calculation of heat losses and annual heat demand. In addition, calculations are made for the insulated variant of this house and for the variant with a higher number of inhabitants. The third part focuses on the specific design of new heat sources for each variant of the house, including calculations of operating costs, acquisition and return on investment. The final part of the paper compares the proposed heat sources. The results show that the ideal heat source for the designed house is a gas condensing boiler. It is also confirmed that the insulation of the house is economically advantageous.

Detached house
Stoklas, Vojtěch ; Bečkovský, David (referee) ; Nespěšný, Ondřej (advisor)
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house in Hustopeče nad Bečvou. The structure is designed as a detached, two-story, non-basement house with nearly zero energy consumption, intended for individual living for a family of four. The rectangular floor plan is situated in the center of the building plot and respects the character of the surrounding development. The house is designed on strip foundations made of plain concrete, supplemented with permanent formwork blocks and a base slab. The vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures will be made of calcium-silicate blocks. The horizontal load-bearing elements consist of a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slab and a ring beam. Above the second floor is a sloped load-bearing roof structure – a wooden truss. The family house is insulated using an external thermal insulation composite system. The layout of the house corresponds to 4+KK. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom along with two children's rooms, a study, a corridor, a bathroom, a toilet, and an occasional bedroom. The master bedroom also includes a dressing room. On the first floor, besides the corridor, bathroom, toilet, and utility room, there is a living room connected to the dining area and kitchen. A pantry is located under the staircase connecting the two floors. The entrance hall connects the living space with an attached garage, which can hold up to two cars.

The roof above the garage will be used as a terrace and second floor roof will be flat green roof. The object meets all requirements for fire safety. The main source of renewable energy is 13 PV installed on the roof. The house is heated by an air-to-water heat pump located next to the utility room. The water is heated by an internal heat pump and stored in an accumulation tank. Floor heating is solved in the house. The Object is carried out forced ventilation and air handling unit with heat recovery designed. The living area will have fan-coils installed for cooling. Rainwater will be accumulated in the storage tank and infiltration blocks, and then it will be used to irrigate the garden. Horní Cerekev has its own wastewater treatment plant where the wastewater from the building will be discharged. From the building physics, The building was classified as A, that meaning that the building is exceptionally economical.
