This thesis deals with the employment relationship, its origin and duration. It focuses on analyzing of financial savings, which can be reached in the process of filling a new occupational position whether through the concessions from job centres or employing of disabled persons. Based on this analysis it assesses whether and how effectively the employer Mihal, Ltd. uses these savings opportunities and also suggests the most effective ways to take advantage of these savings.

This thesis deals with a system of remuneration and motivation of workers in a particular company. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge associated with the topic. The second part is focused on a specific company. Here we focus in detail on reward and motivate employees. Based on the data I suggest ideas to improve this system in a company. The new pay system aims to increase output and employment eligibility of workers.

Bachelor thesis focuses on employment relationships and optimalization of wage costs in company NEGOCIO s. r. o. It is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytic and proposal part. Theoretical part describes law and economic concepts. In analytic part is solved the problematics of high wage costs and causes of their origin with impacts on the economy of the company. The last proposal part provides suggestions for improvement.

Based on the analysis of the current state of employment relations of the employer, solutions are proposed that lead to the optimization of wage costs.

The Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of labor-law relations in terms of optimization of wage costs. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of employment relationships from legal, economic, accounting and tax point of view. The analytical part analyzes the problem of a particular employer, which is related to the lack of employees. Based on this, optimal solutions are proposed that reduce wage costs while creating new job opportunities and in the duration of the employment relationship.
