Software Support of the Receiving Process in the Manufacturing Company

This master´s thesis will focus on the design of a system solution leading to the improvement of internal processes in a manufacturing company. The work will analyze the current state and evaluate the weaknesses of the process. The output will be an electronic data interchange (EDI) proposal, including pre-shipment notifications (ASN). The last part of the work will be economic evaluation and benefits for the company.

As a part of this thesis an analysis of company´s requirements for electronical data interchange (EDI), document creation and processing will be performed and a proposal of covering those requirements within the environment of the chosen information system will be suggested.
Possibilities of Implementation of Selected Logistic Technologies and Methods in a Chosen Enterprise

The correct use of modern technology in logistics is an important mean to strengthen the competitiveness on the market and to improve the overall quality of the logistic system. The bachelor thesis provides characteristics and an analysis of possibilities of application of selected logistic technologies and methods with a focus on material and information flows, possibilities of their application in the company Robert Bosch, spol. s.r.o., including an analysis of key factors for their successful implementation. The final evaluation also includes effects that the given method or technology has on the target dimensions. The thesis is based on a previous theoretical preparation and a study of literary sources. The theoretical background of the work is supplemented by a practical analysis and final evaluation of technologies that the author directly followed in the production plant. Furthermore, a structured interview with Robert Bosch's process expert was carried out, along with the suggested recommendation for possible improvements of a current situation.

Thesis monitors processing of orders in the Böhler Uddeholm CZ s.r.o. company in the sales department and the department of sales and logistic. The aim of the work is to analyze current situation and to propose better and innovative ways of how to improve the procedure of order processing and shipping. Theoretical part will look at information technology and the cycle of order processing. Practical part will introduce the analyzed company, will describe order processing and at the and I will propose suggestions that could ease, improve and quicken order processing itself.
The Process of Choosing the Optimal ERP system

This thesis aims to be a practical manual that helps to choose the optimal ERP system for a small non manufacturing company. Intercompany systems are very complex and differ in relation to the size of companies and their activities. Therefore, this the-sis is written for purposes of a chosen company. The question that I would like to answer during the process is whether open-source systems can fully substitute commercial ERP systems in smaller companies. To achieve the goal, I designed a new customer oriented model. At the second part of this thesis, I test the model and its parts. After the analytical phase, specification and validation, I deal with a multi-ple criteria decision making process that helps to choose the optimal ERP system within budget constraints. Representatives of COTS, open source and newly build systems were considered among demanded systems.
Information Strategy of the Company

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the existing information system and proposals suitable for strengthening the automation of business processes and further growth of the company. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the theoretical knowledge from the field of information technologies, which are the basis for clarifying the concepts and methods that will be described in the work. An analysis of the current state of the information system forms the second part of this work. On the basis of these analysis are presented proposals and changes which will lead to the improvement of the company's information strategy and changes in the simplification of the business processes in the company.
Implementation of ERP System

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) was developed from the fifties of the last century. Mainly used was for accounting. Another milestone was seventies when there was added functionality of material management. The biggest extensions came in the nineties when there was a significant increase of servers performance and ERP systems could be more complex. Suppliers began to develop new modules for Customer Relationship Management (CRM), analytics named Business Intelligence (BI), Warehouse Management System (WMS) and others. Expansion of Internet and secure connections began also cause of develop the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). ERP systems are more complex so implementation of this systems are more complex too because it extends to most processes in the company. Implementation starts by selecting an ERP system in relation to the processes maps of the company. Then it is necessary to manage whole process of the implementation and write target concepts of each parts. Equally important is the data preparation and cleaning of data base for migrate to a new ERP system. After programming, editing and parameterization of the required functions and processes following phase of testing. If all goes as expected and acceptance document is approved, ERP system is prepared to productive mode.

The barchelor thesis deals with proposals of solutions for private company doing business in providing service for office equipment. These proposals focus on copany‘s new communication strategy with custommers via the internet. Barchelor thesis also includes analysis of current situation through a survey amog custommers. The output of this work is a set of concrete proposals for solving the problem, including a new website.
Analysis of B2B Electronic Contracting possibilities

Contracts are fundamental to all economic production and exchange processes. The fast introduction of IT into the business domain both facilitates and requires ganges in core business processes and relations between business organizations. In the kontext of the latter, the use of IT in business-to-business contracting processes aims at optimisation and globalisation of these processes by improving their speed, efficiency and reach. Electronic contracting can thus be used on the one hand to improve existing business relationship paradigms and on the other hand to enable new forms of contractual relationships. This thesis illuminat conception of electronic B2B business, values present conception B2B electronic cooperation, basic features, about comunication between subjects of electronic banking (payments between cornered in electronic business), connection security B2B contracts and bears economic point of view. In practical part is analized model of Adriadatabanka s.r.o. electronic cooparating with business partner and then is designed new, more eficient solution.
