The thesis is focused on preparation of project documentation of a detached house with an establishment. The building is designed to parcel No 1126 Vsetin. This is a two-storey house of brick ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The house is roofed gabled roof. Drawing part was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a new built detached house situated in Přestavlky, Přerov district. The building has two floors with a partial basement, made of sand-lime brick system Sendwix. Ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete and the building is covered with the shed roofs. The object is divided into the social area on the first floor, the sleeping area on the second floor and the technical facilities in the basement. Living rooms are mainly situated in the southern part of the building, in connection with a large terrace.

The bachelor's thesis on a topic “The family house of standard passive” deals with the design of the house for family housing in accordance with applicable legislation. The house is designed in the Highlands on the edge of developing area Račerovice. The cellarless two-storey building is made of brick. The roof is according to local regulative plan made up of saddle-shaped truss system. The passive character of the house requires large glass areas on the south facade of the house and high-quality thermal insulation of the building envelope with minimal losses. The house is associated with a brick garage with a shed-roof.

This bachelor's thesis addresses a project of two story partly cellared family house in Rychnov upon Kněžna. The house will be used by a family of four. There is a common room in the basement. At the first floor there is a garage connected to a lobby, which is linked to a hallway with a staircase. The hallway leads to a bathroom, a workroom and a living room with a kitchenette. The living room is connected to an outdoor roofed terrace. The second floor is projected as a resting zone. A passageway at this floor is a corridor, where is access a bathroom, a dressing room, a toilet and three other rooms. One of the rooms has connected to a partly roofed terrace, which is situated above the garage. This family house has an atypical floor plan and a saddleback. This project is developed with a computer software ArchiCAD. This thesis was created with an emphasis on a correct layout and architectural design, static requirements and safety construction usage.

The diploma thesis deals with designing newly built hotel with restaurant in the village Pasohlávky. Hotel is detached building. Hotel is located at parcel no. 3163/364, Mušov territory. This is a two above-ground floor with partial basement building. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of reinforced concrete wall and column. The building is based on foundation slab and strips. Hotel is roofed with a flat roof. In 1.PP is garage. In 1.NP is hotel rooms and restaurant with kitchen. In 2.NP is only hotel rooms.

This family house is designed for four family members and business establishment is designed as a photo studio. The detached house is designed as separate building with two-strey which is partly basement. This section is connected with two single-storey parts with functions of establishment and garage. The main entrance is situated to the north and the establishment to the west. There are three parking spots next to the establishment. The main living rooms are situated to the south. The structural system of the building is designed from clay masonry type Therm. Ceilings are designed as monolithic constructions. The roof of the family house and establishment is designed as a saddle. And there is a single-layer flat green roof over the garage.

The Bachelor thesis topic is a project of a detached house. The house design is a two-story wooden building with a pitched roof and no basement. The wooden building is constructed of large panels and the roof is supported by G-N timber trusses. The entrance is situated in the northwest part of the house. Containing six bedrooms, the building layout fullfills the design for 4-6 family members. On the sheltered lee builds vestibule from which we get into the hall. The main hall opens to the kitchen and living room, stairs, and study room. As well, the main haill leads to the master bedroom which has a separate dressing room, bathroom, wash room, and utility room.There is access to the main hallway from the garage and side door. The second floor has three children's bedrooms, bathroom, and wash and dressing rooms. All of the bedrooms are accessible form the second-floor hallway.All of the bedrooms are enterable form the hall and are situated on south side. It is a wooden building of large-size panels. The roof is supported by G-N timber trusses.
