Detached house in Humpolec

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to design a detached house within a project document. A designed object is situated in a certain building site in a territory of Humpolec in Vysočina region. The detached house is conceived as a self-contained object, arranged for a fourmembered family. It is a 2-floor top view rectangle building on a slope with a partially embedded floor in a 1.S terrain. In a basement, there are technical and relaxing rooms with a sauna and a gym, in the first floor, there is a social and relaxing zone. The vertical constructions are made of formwork Best and ceramic breeze blocks Porotherm. The house is internally weatherproof and a facade ThermoWood is air-filtered. A horizontally supporting construction consists of a ceiling Porotherm. The roof of the detached house is made of two-layer roof construction in wooden tie beams.

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is a project of a newly built detached house. The house is designed on quiet sloping plot in calm suburb of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The object has rectangular plan, it’s without cellar and it has two storeys. It’s a part of a bigger garden with one parking space on a side. The load-bearing structure is made of a timber frame. The external walls are made from straw bales. The external finish is made of lime render, the windows and doors are wooden, gable roof with dormer is covered by split shakes. Roof plane slope is 45°. At the object is one dwelling unit consisting of living room with kitchenette, workroom, three bedrooms, cloak-room and two bathrooms. The internal finish is made of earth plaster. Most of the timber construction stays visible including the timber floor. The roof will be insulated with sheep’s wool and furnished with lining. The design of the timber structure emphasises the use of natural materials.

The subject of this thesis is two-storey wooden basement house. The building plot is located in Brno. The House is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The House will be used for living of a family of five members. The plan view of the House is almost rectangular. The main entrance and the driveway to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical walls are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed on both sides of wood chip boards and plasterboards. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. The detached house is covered with two sloping shed roofs. The thesis describes all evalution methods used in the Great Britain, it also describes the current state of the property market, expert work and in the end are described in detail the methods used for the valuation of the house. In thesis attachment is an exemplar of the evalution report for a house in the Great Britain according to the standards and the methodologies used by the evaluation experts in the United Kingdom.
Detached House with Atelier in Hořice

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the projection of a detached house with an atelier in Hořice. Hořice is a small village located 7kms from town Blansko, which has almost 20,000 inhabitants. This building is situated in author’s village, and therefore the local conditions in terms of construction are very well known. The building was placed in a real plot opposite the place where the author lives. The house has two floors, one floor is a partial cellared. The cellared part is accessible from the street (east side). In the southern part of the basement is designed atelier - a commercial space accessible to the general public. In the northern part there is a garage for two cars and the side entrance to the detached house. The ground floor is a private space for housing. The upper floor is 5+KN. The house has no problem to accommodate a family about 5 members, and also it’s able to accommodate some visitors or grandparents. The rooms are comfortably designed and offer a lot of use for a modern family life. The main entrance to the detached house is through the outdoor staircase. The building is made out of brick, perimeter walls of the lower floors are made of concrete blocks and the top perimeter walls of burnt bricks from the clay. Both floors connect the reinforced concrete staircase. The house is covered by a flat roof. Exterior doors and windows are from aluminum. The building is clad by travertine blocks. The building is connected to the necessary engineering networks. The project documentation is developed in accordance to the decree of the building documentation.

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of a new detached house with a design office at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The detached house is situated in a small town Příkazy. The building is partly basement with one above-ground floor and a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the ground part is made up of system SENDWIX.

Orientation of the building is affected by adjacent buildings . Vertical constructions are made of ceramic bricks and concrete blocks. Ceiling construction is of ceramic ceiling system . The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of detached house, which is located in the cadastre unit of the town Veľký Lapáš. It is a two-storey detached house on a slope, with a garage, a balcony on the second floor and a terrace on the first floor. The building is designed for a family of four. The structural system consists of a Porotherm masonry system. The horizontal structural system is made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The bachelor´s thesis is processed in the form of project documentation according to valid legal and technical regulations.
Detached House with Winery

This bachelor thesis is focused on a design documentation of a detached house with winery within a cadastre unit of Litovel city. This is a three storey freestanding house with a layout for a family of four. The winery is located in a basement, residential area is located on the first and second floor. A structural system of an object is designed from POROTHERM with an exterior insulation system 120 mm wide. Vertical peripheral supporting structures of the 1st and the 2nd floor will be bricked up with Porotherm 50 eko+ and the basement from a permanent formwork ŽB 25. Interior bearing walls are made of Porotherm 30 profi and non-bearing walls are made of Porotherm 11,5 Aku, except the 2nd floor – these are made of plasterboards Rigips 150 mm wide. Outer coat is silicate, grooved of 2 mm, light brown color. A staircase is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete. A ceiling construction is made of keramo beton systém Porotherm (beams Pot and Miako inserts) 250 mm wide. There is a cast-in-place reinforced concrete ceiling over a garage, 150 mm wide. A roof is designed as a roof truss with a clay tile roofing Tondach Hranice11, Amadeus black color. Doors and windows are designed as plastic, mahogany color, a sectional garage door is also mahogany. Floor coverings are designed according to functioning of different rooms – tiles or laminate flooring. The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to figure out a space arrangement, a suitable construction systém, structural system and a design of drawings including text documentation. This bachelor thesis is in a shape of a design documentation for building execution.
