The result of my work is an appilcation, which enables to control videos and music by a cell phone, which has an operating system Android 2.1. The application is divided into two parts, the server, which runs on PC, and the client, which runs on the cell phone. For description of managing the applications is used JavaScript.
TV Remote Controller
Bordács, Balázs ; Hála, Ondřej (referee) ; Hermany, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with parameters of the TV Remote Controller. Aim of this work is studying standards of remote controling of TV receiver by the way of infra-red light. For succesful solving of this project is important to learn about the theory of IrDA. In the second part ot this thesis is designed measurement unit for measuring the parameters of the remote control. The measurement unit includes an integrated IR receiver and photodiode for receive IR signals from remote control. The description of measurement unit blocks and principles of measuring parameters are also placed there. The final part is devoted to processing the measurement results of measuring levels and time waveforms of signal in the receiver module, directional characteristics of remote control and receiver. For measuremented unit is created laboratory task including the role specification and protocol.
Design of Walking Excavator
Wenzl, Filip ; Zdařil, Zdeněk (referee) ; John, David (advisor)
The theme of this diploma thesis is design of walking excavator. Specifially, the thesis is focused on inovative possibility of remote controll and describe structural, technological and ergonomic aspects of this solution in respect of current trends.
Computer Remote Control Using Cell Phone
Řeháček, Prokop ; Jaroš, Jiří (referee) ; Pospíchal, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the creation of remote control application using Bluetooth wireless technology. The work introduces a modern Android operating system and software development for this system. Application of remote control consists of parts: client for Android OS and server for GNU/Linux. The client was implemented in Java and the server has been created using the Qt toolkit and C++. Software development is divided into parts: design, implementation and testing. The result of this thesis is software that can control multimedia programs for audio and video files.
FITkit as a Remote Controller Transceiver
Růžek, Michal ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Vašíček, Zdeněk (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is about communication protocols used in infrared remote controls of consumer electronics. It describes widely used protocols such as RC5, NEC and SIRC, their properities and methods of decoding. Transceivers are realized via components inside FITkit's FPGA chip, using simple HW module. Demo application written in C language is also included.
Keeloq System Experiments
Kočíř, Michal ; Hajný, Jan (referee) ; Strašil, Ivo (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with security issues in wireless control. On this basis the laboratory task for experiments with Keeloq system is designed. The concept of laboratory task is justified and supplemented by processed documentation. In the first part of this thesis the principles of security and transfer of information for wireless technology are described. In the second part KeeLoq system is analysed. There are the principles of encoding and decoding of transmission of KeeLoq system telegrams described. KeeLoq 3 Development Kit of Microchip company is used for description of encoding and decoding. The next section deals with an attack on KeeLoq system by "brutal force", which is also demonstrated by generated code in programming language C. The third part provides the concept of laboratory tasks that includes introductory meditation, discussion on assigned elements, content and structure of laboratory task. Finally, the fourth part contains the documentation of lab experiments with KeeLoq system, whereby students work out laboratory task.
Control unit for garage door
Mráz, Stanislav ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Macho, Tomáš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis describes design of system, which combines function of control unit for garage door and function of alarm for safeguard of garage. Introduction of this work is concerned with control units for alarms, control units for garage door and components, which can be connected to these control units. The second part of this work is devoted to proposal of system conception, fundamental block diagram and to proposal of concrete circuit solution. There is description of sampled circuit elements, their characteristic and their wiring in this part. Last part of this semestral project is devoted to proposal of software equipment and to concerete description of operating with the system.
Magnetic properties of self-assembled FeRh nanomagnets
Motyčková, Lucie ; Fruchart, Olivier (referee) ; Arregi Uribeetxebarria, Jon Ander (advisor)
Remote Control of the PC via GSM modem
Chroustovský, Petr ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Kučera, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of the paper is to describe a creation procedure of such a system of remote control of a PC that would employ GSM networks. It also provides an analy-sis of the topic and conveys how to produce an electronic module that would enable the user with the basic functions of PC control, i.e. switching on and off the PC, using the functions of reset, sleep and wake-up modes of the PC employing a GSM network terminal. The paper also deals with the problem of comparing the possibili-ties of producing such a proposed system with commercially accessible hardware or software solutions available.
