Optimizing pairs of bearing components
Blahút, Lukáš ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Šeda, Miloš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the process of matching the bearing components. The work contains a description of Codesys programming environment, its structure, usable languages and some examples of usage. The main part of the thesis describes a series of algorithms that provide the necessary actions for one of two processed pairing approaches. These algorithms are subsequently implemented as subprograms in the Codesys environment. The necessary inputs and outputs are part of the proposed algorithms as well as processed subroutines.
Automatic control of watering system
Voda, Petr ; Dočkal, Tomáš (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
This work deals an automatic watering control system for a total of 12 sections of the garden. The main requirements for the system, is the variability adjustment watering and the possibility service control. Watering control will provide PLC with distributed inputs and outputs, control and visualization will be realized HMI. I designed a sophisticated system that allows user to adjust watering in particular days of the week and the required times with an optional length watering for each section separately. There is the service mode that it possible to control the individual actuators without any restrictions and conditions. The main advantage of the system is variability watering, which allows reuse without greater changes of the program.
Model of labyrinth
Zbranek, Petr ; Šír, Michal (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes the design model of the labyrinth, which is controlled by a PLC and bus system AS-Interface. The introduction provides basic theoretical knowledge of PLC and its bus. The second section describes the characteristics and parameters of the AS-Interface bus. The next section describes the electronic components that are used in the model of a labyrinth. The fourth chapter explains the basics of CoDeSys development environment. The last part describes the software model of the labyrinth.

Automatic barman
Podrabský, Tomáš ; Horna, Jakub (referee) ; Štohl, Radek (advisor)
I was working on a project of the automated bartender, whose construction has already been done. At the beginning I had to acquaint with construction and understand how it should work. I created the software in developmental environment CoDeSys in version 2.3 and later in version 3.5. Both of them allows the program creation, as well as visualization and online monitoring of PLC operation and debugging. PLC communicates via AS-interface. The aim of this project was to create fully functional application for barman. PLC program is structured as a state machine, which is ideal for this application. State machine is written in the developmental environment in language SFC and its individual steps in LD, ST, or FBD. I focused on simplicity and clarity of the program, in which I tried to incorporate as many features as possible. I managed to create a program that is able to tap one of the 4 or mix of any number of drinks. It can be also said that the operator doesn't want a full glass, but fewer doses than the maximum. The main acquisition for me was the fact that I was able to solve the problem independently, using the programmable controller on a real system, which gave me lots of new skills. The result of this work is fully functional automated barman including visualization that shows the status of sensors, the number of doses for individual drinks and allows to control the whole system and check error messages.
Medium voltage substation automation using control system COM600 and standard IEC61850
Havelka, Tomáš ; Štaffa, Jan (referee) ; Háze, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with problematic of standard IEC61850, mainly with chapter IEC 61850-9-2 LE which is commonly known as Process bus communication. There are described advanced tools of the control system COM600 with detail description of their configuration in this work. It also deals with configuration of IEC 61850-9-2 LE with Relion family protection relays and its implementation to the control system COM600. The main aim of this work is focused on configuration of IEC 61850-9-2 standard with protection relays, configuration and detail description of COM600 advanced tools, description of Logic processor, further custom design and appliaction configuration global reset of Logic procesor in control system COM600.
Object oriented PLC programming extension of IEC 61131-3 standard
Gromus, Daniel ; Slezák, Petr (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
The first part of this thesis contains brief description of the IEC 61131-3 standard and proposed extension of object oriented programming to it. There is a review of possibility using event driven programming concept in the next part. The last part shows some practical examples taking use of object oriented programming elements.
Internet based control of laboratory models
Dobrovolný, Petr ; Smrčka, František (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This award solves design of two models that are designed to teach on PLC and in the future on the Control Web. Both models should be used in LabLink system, which allows you to remotely working on laboratory tasks. The first software model simulates the movement of trains on rail in relation on control from the PLC. The second model is a physical model of drill. In both models are solid managing and type of construction, which allows operation without physical intervention.
Systém řízení tepelného hospodářství
Jakubec, Marek
The work deals with the design and implementation of control applications for programmable logic controllers. The subjects, that are to be controlled, are technological devices designed for heating several manufacturing buildings in the industrial park. The first part describes the installed thermal systems and their operating principles. Following section is about programmable logic controllers and their related topics. In the practical part, the control system is chosen based on the analysis, and control strategy for heating technologies is designed along with the communication topology. Created control and visualization applications are described in the implementation part.
The use of cards with RFID technology for secure functions of production equipments
MASOPUST, Jiří
The thesis deals with the use of cards with RFID technology to secure functions of production equipments. The objective of this work is development of the system which use plant RFID cards to secure some functions and modes of production equipments. This solution uses Programmable Logic Controller in the machine for reading cards and manage card users. For this purpose it was necessary to develop both hardware and software parts. Hardware part contains description of all used devices and details about communication process. In software part there is a description of Graphical User Interface and software layers.
