Improving the landscape that changes over time. Re-establishment of the relation to the place, reconstruction of the former tourist chalet. Analysis of context and spatial relations in the landscape and individual specifics of their parts. The issue of attitude to the reconstruction of architecturally inconsistent, not very historically valuable buildings. Abandoned recreational object at the top of the hill. Creating a path that promotes the permeability of territory. Enhancing the landscape. Create a network of sites with potential. Verify the use of territory and existing building with respect to the contemporary requirements of modern architecture. Reminiscence of the dilapidated object and its fragmentation in the landscape.
Residential Complex Olšany

The locality is placed in Olšany (near Vyškov). The locality is placed in the marginal part of the village. The concept of the urban area is based on the creation of three sections - private villa section, private chalets section and semi public relaxation section. The territory is built with a family house designed for the complex keeper, villas, luxury chalets, a community house and a basketball and tennis court. The villas are presented in six types and chalets in one type. Parking is provided directly on the private land or in a car park near the community building. All buildings in the area are single-storey with the exception of the family house of the complex keeper and all the chalets.
Chalet

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.
New build of chalet

The objective of this master´s thesis is a working out of project documentation of building "New build of chalet" containing all the requirements according to currently valid orders and standards. The project deals with a construction of a four storey chalet with 17 rooms for guests and restaurant. The object is situated in Dolní Lomná on a sloping terrain. Structural system is monolith skelet with gabled roof. The project documentation includes drawing, texting and calculation part.
