It deals with the particular comparison of selected combinations of housing funding in order to find the optimal variant of the model solution of the housing situation of clients. It also contains recommendations, which are suitable for finding the best home financing options to consider.

The main aim of my thesis was to analyze and evaluate the housing policy and state support for housing. By comparing selected states housing policy with more advanced countries in the European Union, I will try to manage to find the best way to finance housing for young families, simultaneously proposing improvement for selected states to raise their average level of housing policy to achieve the EU standard.
Possibilities of value analysis utilization by selection of mortgage lender

The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the best type of mortgage loan for several kinds of borrowers. The first part describes personal housing financing, use of loans, use of mortgages in general. At the end of this theoretical part the value analysis is explained as a tool for mortgage lender (or the type of mortgage loan) selection and the way of reaching this goal is defined. Second part is a practical example of how to make decision and find the best choice. It selects the most important criteria and real cash flow is simulated to asset the price of each possibility. Using the discrimination method and efficiency rate the possibilities are ranked. Results are commented on and recommendations are set to every type of client. In conclusion, general method for selection before getting a mortgage is proposed.
Suggestion Decision-Making Process Between Rental and Own Housing

The Master’s thesis deal with issues of deciding between rental and own housing. The attention is focused on the advantages and disadvantages of different forms of housing. For own housing the possibilities of financing are suggested. Cost are compared with particular forms of housing. It is created decision-making process dutiny choosing type of housing. In last part of this thesis comparison with financial difficulty of both forms of housing is realized on a model case and it is recommended more advantageous way of housing.
Proposal of Funding Private Housing with Regard to the Rate of APR

The theoretical part describes basic terms and types of housing financing, especially mortages and credits given by the building savings bank. The analytical part focused on compering concrete products from chosen finance institutions and define risks related with them. The focus is mainly on the rate APR. In practical part are displayed specific situations and choosing the optimal method of financing.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with optimization of housing finance. The goal is to find the optimal way of financing the construction of family house for fictional married couple. The terms such as housing, financial sources, mortgage loan, building savings are defined. The following part compares advantageousness of the calculations of the mortgage loans made by individual banking institutions. Secondly, it inquires if it is possible to finance the construction of house from a loan from building savings. At the end of the thesis the optimal way of financing the housing is evaluated.

This thesis describes the design of optimal options for financing the construction og a low energy house. In the introductory section describes the characteristics of the two products designed to finance housing, mortgage loan and building savings. Another section is devoted to the characteristics and principles of construction of a low energy house, which is related to low energy and less than saving the house. The final section focuses on the selection of a suitable vision of the comparable financial products.
Financing Housing Under the Financial Plan of the Final Client

This bachelor thesis deals with the financing of housing and with its impacts on creation of the personal financial plan. Two most common products, used for the purpose of housing financing, mortgage loan and building account loan, are compared in the thesis. The thesis further explains, how to achieve savings out of interests during the loan repayment using the optimal financial planning, reserves creation and correct income securing, and how to minimize the threat of loan repayment inability. The solution is depicted on the actual examples.
