This bachelor's thesis deals with the financial analysis of the JAF HOLZ Ltd. in years 2010 -- 2012. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part there is the description of the financial analysis and the particular indexes. In the practical part the financial analysis and the comparing of indexes with the sector and competition are processed. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the assessment of the financial situation of the JAF HOLZ Ltd. in years 2010-2012.

The aim of this thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company JAWA Moto spol. Ltd. for the period 2009-2014, to compare company with competitors and to add information about the development of the company in 2015. Thesis is based on publicly available information. The financial analysis consists of a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the different methods and procedures for calculating financial analysis. The methods of financial analysis include horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules, analysis of the indicators, Du Pont pyramidal decomposition, creditworthy and bankruptcy models and EVA. The practical part is based of the selected methods which are applied to the targeted company JAWA Moto spol. s r.o. The end of work contains a summary of the observation period and assessing the financial situation of the company

Influence of financial crisis on managing of the particular company

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine how the management of Kamen Zbraslav, spol s.r.o. company was developed in 2007-2011 and to what extent was the company affected by financial crisis. Another objective is to evaluate the financial situation of the company. To evaluate the state of the company in particular years the methods of the financial analysis were used. This work is divided into four parts: introduction, theory, application and conclusion. Main meaning and methods of financial analysis are explained in theoretic part, in application part these methods are applied to Kamen Zbraslav company. How much has the financial crisis influenced this company is described in conclusion. Absolute, ratio and difference indicator methods are made in this thesis. Other areas the thesis is focused on are: economic value added, balance rules, bankruptcy and quality models, economic standards, decomposition of ROE and comparison with industry sector.

Financial analysis of Jednota, Consumer Cooperative České Budějovice

The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to elaborate a financial analysis of Jednota, Consumer Cooperative České Budějovice between years 2006-2010, according to which it will be possible to evaluate company's financial health and its stability in time. The work is divided in a standard way into the theoretical and the practical part. Financial methods which are used in this work go as follows: vertical and horizontal analysis, balance rules, ratio indicators, pyramidal disintegration of profitability of own capital, EVA indicator, solvency and bankruptcy models. All the data come out of public accounting statements. The thesis also includes an inter-company comparison with Jednota, Consumer Cooperative in Hodonín.

The aim of the thesis "Financial analysis of VUAB Pharma, Inc." is to perform assessment of the financial situation of the selected company. The analysis is work out from the perspective of external users for the accounting period 2006-2011. The methodical section provides analysis of financial indicators, which are then examined in the practical part of the company itself. Financial analysis includes vertical and horizontal analysis, analysis of financial ratios, balancing rules and economic value added. Further, this work also focuses on the evaluation of the company from the view of creditworthy and bankruptcy models and normal equations. Finally, the enterprise's values are compared with the values of the hole sector and its overall financial health is evaluated.

This bachelor thesis is focused on complex assessment of development of Colorlak, a.s. from 2006 to 2010. The company is analyzed with help of absolute and relative indicators, with respect to the rules of golden rules of accounting and economic standards. The next analysis is based on bankruptcy and financial standing models and then comparison with relevant industry indicators. The comparison uses Spider analysis. This thesis also includes possible prediction of future for the company. Data for analysis is mined from company annual reports, internal documents and information portal of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic.

The theme of this bachelor's thesis is financial analysis of the selected company. Company's name is SCREWS & WIRE Libčice a.s. dealing with metal products. The theoretical part explains the instruments of financial analysis, the process of their evaluation and their informative value. The practical part of financial analysis begins by introducing the company and company's product range. It contains horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of indicators of profitability, activity, liquidity and leverage, and calculation of EVA. The end of practical part compares the company with the industry and evaluate the financial analysis of the company for the years 2006 to 2010.
