Detection of SPAM Messages in Mobile Communication and Social Networks
Jaroš, Ján ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis deals with spam in mobile and social networks. It focuses on spam in SMS messages and web service Twitter. Theoretical part provides brief overview of those two media, informations about what spam is, how to defend against it and where does it comes from. There is also a list of methods for spam detection, many of them have their roots in filtration of email communication. The rest of thesis is about design, implementation of application  for spam detection in SMS and Twitter messages and evaluation of its performance.
Artificial Intelligence Approaches for Filtering of Spams
Matula, Tomáš ; Žádník, Martin (referee) ; Schwarz, Josef (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the e-mail classification and describes the basic ways of spam filtering. The Bayesian spam classifiers and artificial immune systems are analyzed and applied in this thesis. Furthermore, existing applications and evaluation metrics are described. The aim of this thesis is to design and implement an algorithm for spam filtering. Ultimately, the results are compared with selected known methods.
Artificial Intelligence in Bang! Game
Kolář, Vít ; Lodrová, Dana (referee) ; Orság, Filip (advisor)
The goal of this master's thesis is to create an artificial intelligence for the Bang! game. There is a full description of the Bang! game, it's entire rules, player's using strategy principles and game analysis from UI point of view included. The thesis also resumes methods of the artificial intelligence and summarizes basic information about the domain of game theory. Next part describes way of the implementation in C++ language and it's proceeding with use of Bayes classification and decision trees based on expert systems. Last part represent analysis of altogether positive results and the conclusion with possible further extensions.
The Use of Means of Artificial Intelligence for the Decision Making Support on Stock Market
Hrach, Vlastimil ; Budík, Jan (referee) ; Dostál, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with artificial intelligence utilization for predictions on stock markets. The prediction is unconventionally based on Bayes' probabilistic model theorem and on its based Naive Bayes classifier. I the practical part algorithm is designed. The algorithm uses recognized relations between identifiers of technical analyze. Concretely exponential running averages at 20 and 50 days had been used. The program output is a graphic forecast of future stock development which is designed on ground of relations classification between the identifiers
Bayesian Approach in Managerial Decision Making
Mošna, Ondřej ; Bína, Vladislav (advisor) ; Váchová, Lucie (referee)
This diploma thesis is about Bayesian approach in managerial decision making process. The goal is not only to quantify the principals used by managers during decision making in real situations but also the application of Bayesian methods on given examples. The mentioned principals are the probability updates after gaining a new information. In thesis are also described the computer systems which work with Bayesian calculations and a chosen system is described in detail. In a practical part of this thesis is demonstrated the use of Bayesian principals in real decision making situations -- there is demonstrated the use of Bayesian games, Bayesian networks (both classic and dynamic) and risk decision making process.
Převod vybraných algoritmů data-mining z jazyka Java do binární (.exe) formy
Šrom, Jakub
There are many successful systems for data-mining (eg. WEKA, RapidMiner, etc.), which currently hold many algorithms implemented in Java, which allows their use under different operating systems. The disadvantage of the interpreted source code is a slowdown in the calculation and limited memory usage. The thesis is focused on the transfer of several selected implementations of algorithms in Java binaries (.exe) through the conversion of source code in C ++ under MS Windows 7 64-bit. The aim is to speed up calculations and improve management of memory usage. Binary form must give identical results as the original form. In addition to the actual transfer, the thesis also includes comparing time and memory requirements of the original (using the Java Runtime Environment, JRE) interpreted implementation in Java (JRE 64-bit) and x64 resulting binary forms, for selected test data.
Software tools for analysis of discrete problems of Decision theory
