The accommodation facility of Blanice

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of the project documentation of the construction of the Blanice accommodation facility. The object has a rectangular shape. The proposed building is located in Vodnany. The accommodation facility is designed for 28 people and 32 seats in the restaurant. The building is designed as a four-storey, partly basement. On the underground floor there are storage areas, technical background. On the first floor there is a main entrance, a reception and a restaurant with technical facilities for the staff. On the second and third floor there are guest rooms. On the second floor there is also a room for people with limited mobility. The building is bricked from brick blocks with a flat roof Keywords.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze, evaluate and specify services of accommodation facility, including description of current state and suggestions of possible improvements. For my bachelor thesis I chose Hotel Biograf, which is located right in the centre of the historical town of Písek. The research deals with process of the primary data that were obtained through a questionnaire survey and controlled interview with hotel manager.

The main goal of this thesis is to create business plan and to evaluate the project. The theoretical part contains basic definitions of entrepreneurship and business plan. The practical part consists of project description, market analysis, strategic and financial plan.
Loyalty program of a selected accommodation facility in Prague

This bachelors thesis deals with loyalty program of accommodation facilities. The thesis characterize principles of the program and describes its functioning. The loyalty program is used by many firms, therefore the aim of this work is to assess its effectiveness through the evaluations of the particular loyalty program, Starwood Preferred Guest, which is founded by hotels chain called Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Inc. The evaluation is done from two different points of view. From the members point of view it focuses on its benefits and satisfactions., whereas the companys point of view the prior focus is on its profitability. The study is based on real impacts of the loyalty program on selected accommodation. The impacts are pictured in the statistics form, which are provided from internal sources of the chosen hotel. The figures are used for calculation of the profitability, which includes computation of how much the income from a member differs from a regular guest. To evaluate the advantageous of the program for a customer the information gained from the characteristic of the program has been used. To determine members satisfaction, the analysis of the guests review has been used. This thesis contributes to increase an awareness of the importance of loyalty programs, particularly of accommodation loyalty programs.
Eco-labelling of accommodation facilities

The bachelor thesis is focused on the history of sustainable behavior, especially in the tourism industry, and on the development of ecolabels with the emphasis on accommodation facilities. The evaluation of competitive advantage of ecological lodging establishments and the process of applying for the certificate are as well included in the thesis. The main aim is to discover how important is a matter of protection the nature and care for environment for tourists, and how strong can it influence their decision-making process and willingness to pay extra for using certified services in Prague. The hypothesis of the author, that the clients of lodging establishments in Prague are willing to pay more for these services, was assessed by the questionnaire. In conclusion, author expresses his point of view regarding the topic and suggested probable next steps.
State accommodation facility in the environment of private enterprises

The thesis analyses and evaluates a market position of SPA HOTEL THERMAL. The main aim of my thesis is the analysis of the hotel and services that are provided in the hotel and also to find out advantages and disadvantages of being owned by the state. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the history and development of hospitality, general features of the hotel and defines the basic concept of organization and organizing. The practical part of work is focused directly on the hotel Thermal. Second part describes the history of the hotel Thermal, analyses the services and evaluates a market position of the hotel in the environment of four private enterprises. This part also includes SWOT analysis. The last chapter deals with the disadvantages the hotel has in personnel policy, the way the hotel is financed and legislation.

The paper deals with a description of accomodation facility and marketing and its individual phases. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a marketing strategy for hotel Pod Věží. Furthermore the bachelor thesis evaluates external analysis, SWOT analysis and marget segmentation. After that hotel marketing mix is developed in order to meet marketing objectives and goals, which are also set in bachelor thesis. In conclusion the whole marketing mix is developed and its efficiency is assessed.
Business plan. Founding accommodation facility.

The aim of this work was to determine the costs of operation and profitability of the operation of a new accommodation facility. In the theoretical part, I focused on business in general - what are the conditions for business, trade and the establishment of a company - then what features should have a successful businessman. The main content of the theoretical part is a description and content side of the business plan - what it should contain. In the practical part, the data for the analysis of industry and market examined both from own research and from the statistical tables published on the website of the Czech Statistical Office. There are taken into account various aspects that may affect the business. The work analyze local competition and it found that there is a large number of guest houses and hotels, but lack sufficient accommodation places in dormitory type devices. The marketing plan is developed, so that is not too expensive, but to hit as many target customers as possible. It also assess the potential risks to the business and their actions, strengths and weaknesses, and as well as eg. a turning point what shows how many customers will make profitable business. The financing plan is developer with three variants of the number of guests and potential profits. The conclusion was drawn to the fact that this area of business appears to be fairly uncertain and should consider whether to realize the plan.
