Optimizing the Manufacturing Process in a Company
Vrána, Jakub ; Novák, Viktor (referee) ; Videcká, Zdeňka (advisor)
This thesis deals with the management of the production process, focusing on unproductive activities. It comprises analysis of the current situation in the company Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. (the TCI) and suggestions for improvement measures. The first chapter presents theoretical basis for processing work. PMT methods, namely MTM and MOST, lean production with a focus on 5S, TPM and Kaizen are described. The second chapter is focused on the company TCI, core business, organization structure and analyzes the current status. It’s focused primarily on the process of critical non-manufacturing operations and the changeover cleaning process. The third chapter, following the analytical part consists of the proposed recommendations. The fourth chapter deals with the final evaluation.
Analyze of Packaging Impact on Insulating properties
Pulec, Jiří ; Hejátková, Edita (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
Modern analog systems processing signals with very small amplitude are prone to distortion, which is caused by leakage between signal traces. Causation of this is contamination of insulating gap, which insulates these traces. Goal of this thesis is to design and manufacturing of test structure, which allows classification of influence of contamination on substrate on leakage, and another goal is classification of technologiacal processes in light of contamination of substrate with electroactive inpurities. Based on results of this experiments are defined rules leading to optimizing of properties of manufactured structures. Attention is applied to ceramic substrates with conductive traces which are created with thick film technology.
Construction and production of wiping element of open source FDM printer
Chrást, Jan ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The aim of thisworkis to design and manufacture a cleaning element foropen source FDM printer. The workincludestheoreticalanalysis of theissue of cleaningnozzle of FDM printer and the design solution in the form of cleaner element. Model of body of cleaning element isdesigned in program Autodesk Inventor and made on the open source printerowned by Ing. Zemčík. Subsequently, the solutionistested and cleaningproperties are comparated.
Effectivity of cleaning methods in electrönics and classification inc. ecology
Buršík, Martin ; Ing. Michal Šaffer, PBT Rožnov p. Radhoštěm (referee) ; Szendiuch, Ivan (advisor)
This work deals with analyze of cleaning methods in electronics and there is designed valuation tool for its clasification including ecology
Technologies of reuse of wastewater in place of need
Podhrázský, Martin ; Ševčík, Jan (referee) ; Hlavínek, Petr (advisor)
Final thesis is focusing on possibilities hidden in the potential of wastewaters in sewers. The goal of this thesis is to present technologies and experiences with water reclamation and with heat recovery systems using wastewaters as a source of heat energy. The theoretical part is divided in two main topics. The first topic is focused on bringing important knowledge and experiences with designing and operating decentralized sewer mining systems, which are, due to less favourable environmental conditions, largely applicated and developed in countries such as Australia, California, etc. The second topic is focusing on heat recovery from sewage water and possibilities of heating and cooling buildings. A possibility of using heat energy from sewage for heating and cooling a swimming pool building located in Brno, Czech Republic was assessed in the last part of this thesis. As a source of wastewater was considered a sewer main located near the pool building. Payback periods and economical effectivity of investing into wastewater heat recovery system was compared with centralized heat supply system, which is a very common source of heat energy in Czech Republic.
Design of Air Purifier
Basler, Ondřej ; Řezníček, Svatopluk (referee) ; Machálek, Róbert (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design an air purifier, specifically a smaller sized air purifier for use at home. The objective of the design is to create a functional concept respecting technical, ergonomic and aesthetic requirements.
Accelerating the Cleaning Process of Plated and Painted Steel Parts
Hoplíček, Ondřej ; Ročňáková, Ivana (referee) ; Čelko, Ladislav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on accelerating (optimization) the cleaning process of steel holders used in a continuous process of painting and plating reflectors at HELLA AUTOTECHNIK, s.r.o. Mohelnice. The main aim is to reduce the total time of cleaning process by the means of production in the form of hooks and rods made from a combination of low carbon and stainless steel.
Nanoelectrodes for biophysical measurements
Márik, Marian ; Hrdý, Radim (referee) ; Hubálek, Jaromír (advisor)
The aim of the project is formation of nanoelectrodes on the silicon wafer surface by thin-film techniques combined with lithography and nanotechniques developed in LabSensNano. Project is engaged in lithography and in preparation of silicon wafers. Furthermore is proposed a brief proposal of electrodes, proposal of realization and current state of the experiment.
Fine particles and air-cleaning
Knebl, Viktor ; Pospíšil, Jiří (referee) ; Poláčik, Ján (advisor)
The air, water or soil pollution is one of the major problem facing our society. Whether it is the production of large amount of greenhouse gases or contamination of soil and water by various types of chemicals. This bachelor thesis focuses on fine particles, which are mainly responsible for air pollution. The aim of this work is to create an overview of formation and distribution of these particles, to point out the impact of these particles on human organism and, last but not least, to show possibilities how to reduce the production of these particles or how to clean air from them.
Properties and application of anti-deposite and anti-graffiti polymer coatings
Linhartová, Daniela ; Jalůvka, Vítězslav (referee) ; Tulka, Jaromír (advisor)
Properties of selected types of anti-deposit and anti-graffiti polymer coatings on selected background materials are presented. It is focused on drying value, hardness and adherence of protective coatings, as well as resistance of background material, anti-deposit and anti-graffiti coatings against selected solvents. Removability of selected deposits and graffiti from anti-deposit and anti-graffiti coatings by force of solvents is also evaluated.
