CIDER from Česká Kanada - analysis of the possibilities of production of a specific product

The main objective of the presented bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan aimed at the production of a specific product in the area of the Czech Canada. This product is cider, a light alcoholic drink made from apple juice. The solution to the problem is based on the need to diversify agricultural activities in the Czech Canada, and thus to support employment and economic stability in that area and simultaneously contribute - through planting fruit trees - to the ecological stability of the countryside in the Czech Canada.

The thesis aims to reveal the awareness about Czech Canada and the Jindrichuv Hradec Narrow Gauge in the capital. The theoretical part is dedicated to tourism, natural and cultural legacy and marketing research and communication. The practical part is dedicates to the survey on the awareness about JHNG and Czech Canada in Prague as well as it lists the cultural monuments and places of interest within the Jindrichuv Hradec Narrow Gauge catchment area. The whole practical part serves as a foundation for improving the marketing communication and tourism to JHNG development.
Ceska Kanada brand - principles for its granting

The aim of this thesis is to create the principles for granting the Ceska Kanada brand according to the requirements and ideas of the Czech Canada Agency. Technical literature dealing with destination management and marketing, brand management and brands in general was used for the theoretical part. For the practical part, the existing and functional principles of the Šumava region were applied as a methodical aid.

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku měření atraktivity vybrané turistické destinace - přírodního parku Česká Kanada. Součástí je zhodnocení existujících přístupů a návrhy na zlepšení. V práci je také pro vyčíslení atraktivity proveden monitoring návštěvníků turistické destinace. Stávající stav lokalizačních podmínek, dokreslující situaci v České Kanadě, znázorňuje hodnocení potenciálu destinace.
