Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru zaměřeného na výrobu specifického produktu v oblasti České Kanady. Produktem je cider, lehký alkoholický nápoj z jablečného moštu. Řešení problému vychází z potřeby diverzifikovat činnosti v zemědělství České Kanady, podpořit zaměstnanost a ekonomickou stabilitu oblasti a zároveň přispět výsadbou ovocných stromů k ekologické stabilitě krajiny České Kanady. The main objective of the presented bachelor thesis is the elaboration of a business plan aimed at the production of a specific product in the area of the Czech Canada. This product is cider, a light alcoholic drink made from apple juice. The solution to the problem is based on the need to diversify agricultural activities in the Czech Canada, and thus to support employment and economic stability in that area and simultaneously contribute - through planting fruit trees - to the ecological stability of the countryside in the Czech Canada.
