Steam boiler for spruce bark burning-18t/h
Dračka, Lukáš ; Heinze, Bedřich (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
To design a grate boiler with a natural circulation for burning of a pine bark with an output 18t/h is a primary objective of this dissertation. Individual parts of a boiler and it´s heat transfering surfaces were calculated after the working out of stoichiometric calculations from given element analysis of fuel. All computations have to fulfill several parameters: boliler output, temperature and pressure of an overheated steam.
Change John Thomson boiler fuel base
Hradecký, Martin ; Lisý, Martin (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This Thesis deals with thermal control calculation of the existing John Thomson steam boilers burning heating mazut and subsequent thermal conversion to natural gas. The main parts of the calculation are as follows: stoichiometry, thermal balance, conversion of the combustion chamber and heating area.
Steam boiler for biomass and sand 92,5t/h
Špiláček, Michal ; Lisý, Martin (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This master’s thesis is dealing with design of steam boiler for wood chips. Wood chips are considered as biomass and so the steam boiler is considerate to enviroment. Main purpose of this work is calculation of size and number of water/steam heating surfaces so the boiler can produce steam with required parametres of temperature, pressure and amount.
Modular absorption cycle
Honka, Pavel ; Pavlů, Jaroslav (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the cooling cycles, namely cycles of absorption. The work is divided into several parts, as problems to be solved. The first part deals with the principles and using refrigeration cycles in practice, their involvement and by comparing the working pairs of substances circulating in the absorption unit. The practical part deals with making a proposal for one-and two-level modular absorption cycle of 6 kW, and the subsequent techno-economic comparison with commonly supplied absorption unit
Steam boiler for sorted waste burning 85t/h
Vítámvás, Zdeněk ; Baláš, Marek (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with a project of steam boiler to combustion of refused-derived fuel. With respect of required fuel and output parameters of the steam was worked out stoichiometry, energy loss and boiler efficiency, heat flows was allocate to individual heat exchange surfaces. The heat exchange surfaces was calculate and project in detail.
Steam boiler burning fytomass waste
Plot, Rostislav ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the calculation of the boiler on stillage. Nowadays, when there's fossil fuels are just biomass seems adequate compensation. The great advantage of biomass boilers is a small amount of emissions, especially the greenhouse gas CO2. Of a given fuel composition is made thermal calculation and dimensioning of heat transfer surfaces of steam boilers. The resulting calculation must follow the parameters of steam at the outlet from the boiler.
Steam boiler for fytomass
Rotrekl, Jan ; Ing.Pavel Křemínský (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a design of a boiler for stillage combustion. Stoichiometric calculations and enthalpies of combustion gases have been calculated from the specified parameters. In addition, heat calculation, design of the combustion chamber dimensions and dimensioning of heat surfaces were accomplished. The boiler has an evaporator with natural circulation and a fire grate.
Steam boiler for fytomass
Baláš, Jiří ; Ing. Obrovský (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
The purpose of this Diploma Thesis was the construction design of the steam boiler for fytomass. For the specified parameters of biomass have been gradually implemented stoichiometric calculations of which are further based calculation of enthalpies of combustion gas. In the next part have been dealt with heat balance of the boiler, the efficiency of the boiler, recirculation of exhaust gases and the temperature of the combustion gases in outlet from fire. Thereinafter, the proposal of particular heat surfaces of steam boiler was solved, so that the resulting number and size correspond to the desired parameters. The parameters are temperature, pressure and the amount of steam.
Trigeneration and its use in practice
Čupera, Pavel ; Mastný, Petr (referee) ; Baxant, Petr (advisor)
e master's thesis clarifies the concept of trigeneration and the principle of absorbing cooling. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of this method of manufacture cool with compressor cooling. It presents an overview of the implementation of a developing cold absorption and performance. Acquainted with the types of absorption chillers of the two leading suppliers, their characteristics and existing applications of these refrigeration units in operation in the Czech Republic and abroad. It also assesses the possibility of using these units in conjunction with a cogeneration unit powered by internal combustion engine. It follows from the economic assessment of costs and income of the absorption chillers and compressor chillers and on concrete examples and an assessment of the effectiveness of the various options.
Refrigeration systems in the food industry
Dvořák, Josef ; Katolický, Jaroslav (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis is aimed at refrigeration systems in the industry which are used mainly in the food industry. Here are described individual parts that are refrigeration systems assembled. The work also contains summary of the ways you can make use of waste heat and also factors that have impact on economy of operation. The aim of work is to describe the basic analysis of thermodynamic cycles in the refrigeration systems which are displayed on the illustrative diagrams.
