Analyse of employment tourism on Lipno area

The main aim of my diploma thesis is the analysis of present state of tourism in the area of Lipno and a suggestion of an effective and complex strategy for the tourism development through the identification of number one problems in given territory.A short characteristics of the certain area is to be found there which is followed by the analysis of the current tourism condition. In the second section I have evaluated the offer and demand in the summer and winter season. In the thesis the tourism development is also handled, where the developments of the offer and demand and the troubled sections of this sector. In conclusion there are some proposals for the region development, which priorities are divided into particular activities.

Most important part of work depends on questionnaire investigation, which was answered by visitors of this area. According to question-form this work deals with reasons why visitors coming here, what are they doing here and if they are satisfied with local possibilities and services.
Analysis of Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance from an international perspective

The bachelor thesis deals with the Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of the European Union. The first part presents the situation in the Czech insurance market, explains terms important for understanding and market characteristics. The second part concentrate on the cost of insurance and the factors that affect them. The third part contains an empirical comparison of construction of Czech and foreign insurance, including specific examples and selected segments of the insurance product. The conclusion summarizes the topic and tries to predict future developments in the MTPL insurance.

This bachelor thesis deals with possibilities of statistic-analytical tools in market segmentation (i.e. a marketing concept), which is introduced as well. The theoretical part focuses on cluster analysis and its best-known algorithms, their assumptions and from those following possible usefulness and potential limitations. In the practical part a segmentation study of gallery and museum visitors is conducted on the basis of lifestyle and leasuretime activities variables. The resulting segments are profiled using other variables to create a more real-life image of the visitors and nonvisitors of galleries and museums.

My thesis deals with clothing habits of young people. The first part descibes the process of market segmentation, the second part abou the lifestyle of young people and about their clothing habits. I used a questionaire and with the help of PASW Statistics I revaled four segments.

This thesis focuses on a specific market segment in which the demand is represented by homosexuals. The first part deals with the problems of gay marketing - observes the difficulties to which the businesses have to face reaching the gay clientele; then it explores the process of the development of the Czech gay market segment and focuses on possibilities and some examples of gay-oriented promotion. The second part is addressed to the questions about the characteristics of a Czech gay customer; it observes how he differs from a heterosexual in terms of an effective demand and how he manages his money during the crisis.

Second part gives a closer look to the fitness,to the company World Class and at last to the specific fitness club in Prague. Chapters explain whole procedure of the market research, the gain of the data and finally the data analysis with its practical explanation.

This diploma thesis deals with marketing segmentation of food for dogs. The market is specified by companies existing on the market, devided into five pricing group. For better understanding of the problem there are mentioned also general principles of dog feeding and researches realized in past. Segments are revealed on basis of one segmentation criteria, other possible views are just briefly mentioned. Marketing strategy is suggested for three chosen target groups.
