Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla v České republice a ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. První část je věnována problematice na českém pojistném trhu, vysvětluje pojmy důležité pro pochopení souvislosti vývoje pojistného produktu a charakteristiky trhů. Druhá část se zabývá náklady pojištění, faktory, které je ovlivňují, a strukturou výsledné ceny. Třetí část obsahuje empirické srovnání konstrukce českého a zahraničního pojištění, včetně konkrétních příkladů a segmentů vybraného pojistného produktu u největších pojišťoven. Závěr shrnuje získané poznatky a snaží se predikovat budoucí vývoj v oblasti odpovědnostních pojištění. The bachelor thesis deals with the Motor Third-Party Liability Insurance in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of the European Union. The first part presents the situation in the Czech insurance market, explains terms important for understanding and market characteristics. The second part concentrate on the cost of insurance and the factors that affect them. The third part contains an empirical comparison of construction of Czech and foreign insurance, including specific examples and selected segments of the insurance product. The conclusion summarizes the topic and tries to predict future developments in the MTPL insurance.
