Experimental GUHA procedures
Kuchař, Tomáš ; Mrázová, Iveta (referee) ; Rauch, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this work is a new implementation of six GUHA procedures known from LISpMiner system (4ftMiner, SD4ft-Miner, CFMiner, SDCFMiner, KLMiner, SDKLMiner) into Ferda Data Miner system environment with respect to their futher research and development. GUHA procedure automatically generates patterns from user defined set of relevant patterns and tests if it is true in the analysed data. The output of the procedure consists of all prime patterns. The pattern is prime if it is true in the analysed data and if it does not immediately follow from the other more simple output patterns. Typical effective implementation of a GUHA procedure uses suitable database representation by bit strings. Tools were created for solving above-mentioned GUHA procedures. During works were extended options of entering the relevant questions set.

We have been on the threshold of 21 century, where the structure of population is to be changed because of the decrease in natality, longer life expectancy and increase in number of advanced age people. For the first time in humankind history there are going to be four age categories, which have not realised their mutual roles yet. Most managers feel the need for further education and they are actively working on it. The most prefered form of learning is learning through education courses, learning from the other managers and from their own experiences. It is clear that managers prefer to work in teams, consultative and team style of management, self-realization, adequate earnings and friendly relations in the workplace. As prerequisite for successful management is considered organizational and communication skills, ability to motivate people and take responsibility for their decisions. Most executives have the oportunity to come up with creative ideas and more than half of them enforce it into practice. After a summary of the informations gathered, it becomes clear tendency of manager not to be afraid of new approaches in education and personality development, which is on a very good level. Today´s managers are aware of the imporatnce of education for the knowledge society, and they are trying actively to develope it. Filka, Zdeněk ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Klas, Jan (referee)
In my bachelor thesis I deal with the data analysis and processing to draw up consolidated financial statements of holding company. The object of the bachelor thesis is the utilization of the Structured Query Language (SQL) as a tool of extracting data from relational databases. The main aim is to create SQL scripts, which could process data and on the basis of these data create reports, which could subsequently serve as data bases to draw up consolidated financial statements of company XY. The whole thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the purpose is to provide the summary of the SQL, particularly that part of it which helps to query data. This part is called the statement SELECT. On simple examples the procedure of extracting desired data outputs is explained using this statement. This description of the SQL can be used and applied on relational databases in business practice. This problem is dealt with in the practical part. Here I first describe business database and structure of its tables from which the desired data are extracted. Then I define the data requirements to consolidated financial statements, and in the end I create SQL scripts.

VOSTOUPALOVÁ, Jana
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find an answer to the question: Is experience with relations in a primary family where a person grew up a reason for current preferences of unmarried cohabitation between young people? Various forms of family, a brief summary of changes of the forms and the functionality of family from a historical perspective, a functional description of primary family (i.e. ?nuclear? or fundamental family) and a description of its influence on children are presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. Furthermore, a component analysis of the institution of marriage as a legitimate foundation of family is described, as well as an explanation of a reason for contemporary preferences of unmarried cohabitation. The theoretical part is followed by an empirical part, in which qualitative research is shown. The survey was conducted among young people living in unwed relations. The aim of the research was not only to map the level of relations in primary families of the respondents and a possible reflexion of their domestic experience on their consequent choice of the specific type of living, but also to map the respondents´ personal experience with their own relational level and consequently to map their attitudes towards the institution of marriage itself.
