Subject matter of bachelor´s work is „Proposal for Changes in the Employee Evaluation and Remuneration System of a Selected Company.“ First part focuses on a summary of theoretical knowledge relating to methods of evaluating and rewarding. Second part of this work contains present conditions in the company which is background for my own solution. The last section contains the recommended proposal for improving the current system of evaluating and rewarding.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the system of appraisal and remuneration in the company of KULIČKOVÉ ŠROUBY KUŘIM, a. s.. The theoretical part is focused mainly on motivation, methods of employee appraisal, forms of remuneration and employees´ benefits. The practical part offers the analysis of the current situation in the company. The research is based on the questionnaire method. The final part comprises recommendations and my own suggestions how to improve the current system of appraisal and remuneration in the company.

The theme of this thesis is "The system of a remuneration of employees in a chosen organization and innovation". The aim is to evaluate the current system of remuneration in the selected company and to provide drafts possible innovations. The diploma thesis contains two parts. The first part of the thesis is the theoretical section. This part defines basic concepts in the field of remuneration. It focuses on system of remuneration, total remuneration and innovation. The second part is the practical part. This section describes chosen organization and the system of remuneration in this company. The organization wanted to be anonymous in this thesis. The data was obtained by means of a questionnaire survey. A chosen segment of employees took part in the survey. The results are shown in graphs. This thesis contains suggestions for innovation. Innovation proposals should improve the company's remuneration system.

The main objective is to assess the effectiveness of the remuneration system in the company and to suggest an improvement which increases the efficiency. The thesis is focused on various types of employee rewarding systems, methods of remuneration and benefits. The practical part describes a particular company and the activities it performs. The information about the company is based on an interview with the service manager. Topics of the interview relate to employee positions, the activities they perform, how they are remunerated, and the benefits they receive. The entire system of remuneration is analysed in this thesis. The efficiency of the system is evaluated by productivity. The practical part includes suggestions for improving the system of remuneration.

Remuneration System of Employees in Chosen Company

This diploma thesis deals with the system of remuneration of employees in the company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the current system of remuneration of the selected company and to propose possible innovations in this system that could led to its improvement. The theoretical part first introduces the basic concepts of remuneration and the legislation that deals with remuneration. The second part describes the system of remuneration, payroll forms of remuneration and employee benefits. The last part of literary research characterizes innovations and their division. The practical part is focused on the system of remuneration in the concrete company. First are the general and economic characteristics of the selected business stated. Subsequently the human capital of the company is analysed from the point of view its development and separation by gender, education and level job. The next section describes the current system of remuneration. Then is the system evaluated using SWOT analysis. There is also evaluation of the human capital and its effectiveness. The result of the work are concrete proposals of innovation which should contribute to improving the current system of remuneration.
