Single-family house
Ondříšková, Jana ; Leischnerová, Jana (referee) ; Struhala, Karel (advisor)
This work is devoted to the processing of project documentation for a family house. It includes documentation for building permits and technical equipment of the building. The building is designed on a plot with sloping terrain. The entrance to the building is situated on the southeast side. The designed house has an above-ground floor and a residential attic. The roof of the building is gable. The structural system of the house is made of ceramic bricks fittings with a ceramic-concrete ceiling system. The roof is designed in wood with inter-rafter insulation. The technical equipment of the building deals with the concept of electrical installations, heating with a heat pump, sanitary instalations with connection to drinking water and sewage disposal. FVE panels on the roof of the building are designed as a renewable energy source.
Energy systems of an energy-saving family house
Stanislavová, Sára ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Šikula, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a forced ventilation system for a family house at the implementation documentation level. Furthermore, it includes the design of underfloor heating/cooling and a multisplit cooling system. The heat source is proposed to be a ground source heat pump, which extracts heat using ground boreholes. As part of the Student Research Activity, a study was conducted during the heating system design to maximize the performance of underfloor heating through numerical simulation. The theoretical part focuses on heat pumps, specifically the ground source type.
Systems reducing the energy dependency of buildings
Mařák, David ; Köbölová, Klaudia (referee) ; Kudela, Libor (advisor)
This thesis focuses on systems that reduce the energy dependence of buildings, such as heat pumps, photovoltaics, heat recovery, and the utilization of geothermal energy. The main objective of this work is to analyze individual methods and technologies aimed at optimizing energy efficiency. The thesis explores the impact of these systems on the sustainability and ecological footprint of buildings, combining a theoretical overview with practical cases to provide a comprehensive perspective on the subject.
Single family home Chudčice
Andrlová, Anna ; Müllerová, Eva (referee) ; Müller, Jan (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of the specified part of the project documentation for the construction of a family house on a slope in the village Chudčice. The family house is designed as a two-story for a family of four. The building is located on a plot with sloping terrain. The family house is based on plain concrete foundations. The vertical supporting structures are designed from ceramic blocks of the Porotherm system, and the perimeter masonry is insulated with the ETICS contact system. Horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof. The main entrance to the building is located on the north side on the 1.NP. The family house is divided into a quiet part, a living part and a technical part. The building includes a carport for two cars and an outdoor terrace.
Energy Recovery from Exhaust Gases in an Electric-assisted Turbocharger for Hybrid Vehicles
Design of ventilation system in residental spaces
Břenek, Václav ; Charvát, Pavel (referee) ; Pech, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with design of a ventilation system with recuperation in a chosen flat. The introductory chapter focuses on research of recuperation units and their parts. In the second chapter the required amount of ventilation air is determined, and three recuperation units are selected. In the third chapter the pipeline system is designed for the selected units, which is subjected to a control calculation of pressure losses. The last chapter compares the costs of implementation and operation of selected units.
BMW Up-to-date SI-engines
Šroba, Roman ; Prokop, Aleš (referee) ; Dundálek, Radim (advisor)
The Bachelor’s thesis deals with modern BMW spark-ignition engines. It provides an overview of current automotive design solutions in gasoline engines. The work is focused on three main areas. The first part describes the latest and unconventional technologies used in current BMW spark-ignition engines. The second part is focused on design solutions in specific aggregates, their evaluation or comparison with contemporary competition. The last part describes the hybrid vehicles and the car manufacturer's response to emission standards with focus on the waste heat of a car.
Alternative and hybrid powertrains of cars
Trněný, Pavel ; Ramík, Pavel (referee) ; Píštěk, Václav (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis deals with alternative fuels for gas engine, hybrid powertrains of cars and finally electric cars. It creates overview in present day used alternative technologies of car powertrains.
Ventilation of low-energy houses
Kubisz, Pavel ; Fišer, Jan (referee) ; Charvát, Pavel (advisor)
Dissertation deals with division and description progressive trends of ventilation of low-energy houses. Forasmuch as ventilation is participant in total heat consumption, It is here practical example how total heat consumption depend on ventilation heat consumption and heat consumption by construction. At the close is showed when is good, or bad, to use ventilation with recuperation.
Ventilation and cooling system for an apartment in block of flats
Uřičář, Filip ; Fišer, Jan (referee) ; Hejčík, Jiří (advisor)
This Master’s Thesis deals with the design of ventilation and cooling of an under roof flat in a tenement building, built in the 1980s, and consists of five main parts. Within the first main part, the thesis is dedicated to the research of the current state of knowledge in the area ofventilation and cooling of residential premises, secondly, there is a detailed description of a particular flat, thirdly, the calculation for the optimal design of ventilation and cooling are made and, in the fourth part, suggested solutions are proposed with the following evaluation of them including the overall summary. The design of ventilation and cooling was carried out according to the design procedures with respect to the relevant standards and optimized to achieve the desired effect with respect to the requirements of the owner of a housing unit. As a solution, the ventilation of a flat by the Jablotron Futura´s ventilating unit and three variants of a flat cooling were proposed. After the evaluation of all cooling variants, the Sinclair´s multisplit system of cooling was chosen as the most suitable one.
