Tato práce se věnuje zpracování projektové dokumentace k rodinnému domu. Součástí je dokumentace pro stavební povolení a technického zařízení budovy. Objekt je navržen na pozemku se svažitým terénem. Vstup do objektu je navržen na jihovýchodní stranu. Navržený dům má nadzemní podlaží a obytné podkroví. Střecha objektu je sedlová. Konstrukční systém domu je ze zděných keramických tvarovek s keramicko-betonovým stropním systémem. Krov je navržen dřevěný s mezikrokevní izolací. Technické zařízení budovy se zabývá koncepcí elektroinstalací, vytápěním pomocí tepelného čerpadla, zdravotně-technickým zařízením s napojením na pitnou vodu a likvidaci splaškových vod. Jako obnovitelný zdroj energie jsou navrženy FVE panely na střeše objektu. This work is devoted to the processing of project documentation for a family house. It includes documentation for building permits and technical equipment of the building. The building is designed on a plot with sloping terrain. The entrance to the building is situated on the southeast side. The designed house has an above-ground floor and a residential attic. The roof of the building is gable. The structural system of the house is made of ceramic bricks fittings with a ceramic-concrete ceiling system. The roof is designed in wood with inter-rafter insulation. The technical equipment of the building deals with the concept of electrical installations, heating with a heat pump, sanitary instalations with connection to drinking water and sewage disposal. FVE panels on the roof of the building are designed as a renewable energy source.
