Multi-body model of rolling-element bearing suitable for the fault simulations
Baláž, František ; Dlugoš, Jozef (referee) ; Rekem, Jakub (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the analysis and diagnostics of rolling bearings, aiming to develop parametric and multi-body models that allow for effective examination of various types of defects. These models can simulate different geometric imperfections and their impact on the dynamic properties of bearings. The model uses Hertz's theory of elastic contact to calculate contact forces and deformations. The parametric model is created using Inventor software, and the multi-body model is developed using MSC ADAMS. The goal of this work is to create models that produce synthetic data comparable to experimental data, to determine if they can effectively replace current software. The results show that precise modeling and simulations can significantly contribute to predictive maintenance and extend the lifespan of rolling bearings.
Solution of some rock stability problems in slopes and walls with optimization of anchor elements
Holý, Ondřej ; Vojtasík,, Karel (referee) ; Pruška, Jan (referee) ; Horák, Vladislav (advisor)
This presented phd thesis focuses on the problems of instability in the rock walls and slopes, whose manifestation is among othersv rockfall and associated risks. It describes the theoretical aspects of the description of instability and summarizes the construction methods and technologies to eliminate them. On the basis of knowledge gained from specific buildings in the Czech Republic and based on the research project solved by author, submits suggestion to optimimalization of the anchoring elements as a basic part of most remediation methods.
Operative diagnosis in the process of regeneration of apartment block
Kunc, Vojtěch ; Láník, Jaromír (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
Essay is devoted to assessment of the existing structure. Primarily is focused on the buildings history, performed structures upgrades, design of structural plans and design process to improve remaining working life of the building.
Uninterruptible Supply of the Hospital Information System
Kučera, Josef ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal for an appropriate source of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) to the school server UBMI where is currently installed HIS (hospital information system) CLINICOM Corporate SMS. UPS should have ensure the protection of data being unfinished, secure off site and to inform the line voltage failure.
Electrical machines fault simulator
Krátký, Michal ; Krbal, Michal (referee) ; Šlezingr, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor’s thesis is the laboratory task focused on vibrodiagnostics of rotating electrical machines. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is made of information related to rotating electrical machine mainly its faults and technical diagnostics. Besides that the vibrodiagnostics is involved into the theoretical part as well. The practical part deals with the design of laboratory task focused on vibrodiagnostics of rotating electrical machines. There is shown how vibrations influence the machine during the operation. There is used asynchronous machine 1LA7080 and vibrometer MV-5L and noncontact tachometer UNI-T UT372 for this experiment. The second task is the starting current diagnostics. The starting current ofthe engine with the rotor asymmetry 1LA7080 and rotor symmetry 1LA7090 is going to be analyzed here. On these engines will be shown, how current flicks affectthe magnetic field of the engine in the air gap.
Analysis of tool steel cracking and a study of its elimination
Tomešek, Viktor ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the causes and mechanisms of degradation processes that affect the surface of tools made of tool steel and to design and verify a practical solution that would lead to higher resistance of tools to these processes. Chapters in the theoretical part deal with fracture behavior of the material and the possibilities of its elimination, the experimental part includes testing of the effect of coating on the durability of hot forming tools.
Modern avionics system architecture for EASA CS-23 airplane
Vaňousová, Jana ; Hlinka, Jiří (referee) ; Janhuba, Luboš (advisor)
This master thesis covers with the modern architecture of avionics system for EASA CS-23 AIRPL. The thesis contains EASA CS-23 and EU-OPS analysis and market analysis of avionics systems for this category of aircrafts. The thesis also includes the design of avionics system architecture and its safety and reliability assessment – used tool is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). At the end of the thesis there is assesment of potential attack of the avionics system by third part.
Dependability Assessment of Fault Tolerant Systems
Suchánek, Martin ; Šimek, Václav (referee) ; Strnadel, Josef (advisor)
Reliability is an important part of various systems. The aim of the work is to create reliability models of some reconfigurable and nonreconfigurable fault tolerant systems and subsequent evaluation of their reliability indicators. The Uppaal tool is used to create models, along with the SMC extension, which is used for verification. The result of the work is the verification of models and evaluation of reliability indicators using the tool Uppaal SMC.
Diagnostic of System Reliability
Bábek, Tomáš ; Pohl, Jan (referee) ; Havlíková, Marie (advisor)
This thesis is oriented to the reliability theory and diagnostics. It involves brief explanation of terms that exists in a branches of technical devices reliability. The next part contains determining the reliability indexes, calculations of probabilities and statistics for electronic devices. I do mention the different methods of reliability diagnostics. The three most used of them are described. First of them is the reliability block model. By this I describe the serial reliability model, the parallel reliability model and the combination of them. Using this method is the simple way to show how each component affects reliability of the whole system. The second method is FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) which is used mostly in the begining of the system designing. The third method is FTA (Fault tree analysis) which is one of the classic deductive methods. The FTA method is a graphical reliability model of a given system. By the end of this thesis, process of calculating the failure probability and the other reliability indexes of a given komponent (preamplifier with operational amplifier) is shown.
Evaluation of operation of small hydropower plant
Bartoš, Josef ; Dráb, Aleš (referee) ; Špano, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with the quantitative expression of the reliability of operation at MVE. In the introduction, the work deals with the theoretical part, especially a more detailed description of individual indicators and mathematical expression of these indicators. The following is a description of the power plant, which is divided into individual parts. Furthermore, the evaluation is presented, which is based mainly on the theoretical part and the results are displayed, among other things, in graphical form.
