The theoretical part defines basic principles of controlling, including its evolution and classification. The analytical part examines the current state of controlling within the company. The final section builds upon the previous two parts and proposes solutions aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of established controlling activities.

This thesis focuses on a detailed analysis of controlling within XYZ company, with special emphasis on the Procure to Pay process and subsequent cost analysis. The work is systematically divided into four main parts. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge necessary for the subsequent sections. The second part is devoted to describing the company, and the third part deals with the analysis of the current state of controlling, particularly the state of the Procure to Pay process in XYZ company. The final proposal part builds on the previous sections, suggesting measures and adjustments related to the Procure to Pay process and associated costs.
SMV-2023-39: Controller for the distance measuring probe

Measurements using a laser interferometer are among the most accurate types of distance measurements. In order to achieve this goal, it is necessary not only to have a precise laser source and an interferometer but also a controller, which ensures the correct recording and reading of the experimental data. The contract research „Controller for a distance measuring probe“ was focused on the realization of such a controller. The controller contains several service modules which ensure correct recording and reading of measured data and several related accessories. It reads and records data from a laser interferometer and also from a module which records atmospheric data necessary for the measured distance determination.
Bus wiring systems for complex building management

The aim of my thesis is to examine current opportunities of bus wiring systems for complex building management, mainly its power and economic evaluation. It can be simply called intelligent electrical installation. I will examine two systems from INELS and ABB company. These systems contain functional components, mainly modules and controllers. By means of other materials, I’ll create a panel. Components will be placed there and electrically connected. After this, systems will be put into operation and programmed by means of their software. The next step is measuring of quatities during the various conditions of systems and consumption, which is one of the main aims of the thesis. Two apparatuses will be used for measuring. This thesis itself will contain theoretical analysis of systems, their description, using the way of operation and main advantages and disadvantages. Single components and complete process of measuring and working in laboratory will be described. An overall evaluation and comparison of the systems from various points of view, including the price, will be put together from results.

The master´s thesis is focused on application of Management Control System in company especially on planning and analysis of deviations. In theoretical part of the thesis will be described basic charakteristic and terms and will be used continualy in the analytical part. In this part Honeywell s.r.o. will be described and analyzed its current situation and methods for planning costs. Then will be analyzed and interpreted deviations based on actual data in MS Excel. In the proposal part will be propose actions to improve the current situation in the form of implemetation new program MS Power BI or Tableau into controlling team.
Comparative study of discrete PSD controllers

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on a verification of heterogeneous structures of discrete PSD controller depending on different process structures. The first theoretic part describes a continuous action controller, a transformation from the continuous to the discrete control and a discrete control loop (with issues like a sampling, a quantization, a signal shaping). Further there are described the concrete structures of the discrete PSD controllers – from the classical PSD controller over the variations with filtration in a derivative part to the structures with an elimination of the oscillation and the first overshoot. There are also mentioned two methods of controller parameters´ setting– second Z-N method (based on finding out critical parameters of the system) and a balanced setting of controllers. Second, practical, part of thesis contains particular results, which were found out by measuring on the simulation and real models. Finally achieved results are compared with an adaptive controller of B&R company.
Mobile robot control system

This thesis deals with building of two-wheeled mobile robot and consecutive creation of drivers and control for sensors, engines and controller design. The control is based on Arduino platform using ATmega328 processor. Firstly there is in this thesis recherche. Part of this thesis is modelling one where simulation model of our system is created, its linearization and then controller design. Further it contains description of the building robots body, description and functionallity of used engines, description of all sensors and detailed description of available printed circuit board. In the end there is software part where the engines control is described, operation of the sensors and functionallity of the controller. Result of this thesis is function application of controlling and operating of two-wheeled unstable mobile robot.
FLUID HANDLING USING THE ABB YUMI PLATFORM

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and create program for laboratory manipulation. The robot will handle beakers. For further presentation of possible usage of ABB YuMi, a program for drink preparation was made. For robot programming, RobotStudio was used, in which was used RAPID programming language. To understand the philosophy of using RobotStudio to program robots, was also one of the goals of this work. At the end the created programs were tested in robotics laboratory and the results of this work were evaluated.
Construction of educational model "Ball on Stick"

The goal of this thesis was to create an educational model, which could be used as a demonstration of dynamic model and its regulation for future students of mechatronics. The construction was inspired by a similar construction but with much smaller dimensions where most of components were printed by a 3D printer. Afterwards there was created an electrical scheme and implemented on a printed circuit board. For the whole system was designed a caskade regulation, that makes sure the ball will reach the desired position, which is adjustable.
Applications Development for Software Defined Networks

In this diploma thesis is described new network architecture also known as software defined networks. In first part of work are explained and described tasks of individual architecture layers. Work includes discussion about advantages and disadvantages of these networks. In next part is described OpenFlow protocol which allows to controller communicate with underlying hardware devices. Last part contains proposal of laboratory excercises which demonstrate SDN technology.
