The thesis acknowledges the significant role staging plays to boost property value, emphasizing how competitive real estate is. It outlines ways of improving Prostěvize’s brand awareness alongside some leading American firms in this area. The topic of the thesis evaluates a complete analysis where Prostěvize is compared with established U.S staging service providers. This involves a study of their strategies, operational approaches, and positioning in the market and importantly, their brand. However, the main intention is to advance actionable insights and creative ideas that can be adopted in order improve Prostěvize’s market footprint and brand.

The bachelor thesis deals with the brand development of a start-up company Prostěvize s.r.o., which deals with home staging, which means the preparation of a property before selling it on the real estate market. First the current situation of the company is analyzed, then its brand, competitors and also the clients' opinions. All these findings are used for the proposals that are supposed to develop the brand of Prostěvize s.r.o.
