Proposal for Motivational System Changes in a Selected Company

The main goal of this thesis is a proposal of motivation system change in the company Dobrá autopůjčovna which operates one car rental office situated in Brno. In the theoretical part of this thesis are explained the basic terms and different types of motivation, its influence on employees and different motivational theories. This part serves as a foundation for the analytical part in which the current motivational system is explained and described in great detail. This was achieved through interviews with employees, interview with the owner and observation. Based on this analyzed information changes were offered to increase the employees performance and satisfaction while focusing on maintaining company culture.
