The Use of Methods of the Project Management in Company

The content of the bachelor thesis is theoretical elaboration of project management meth-ods, which are used in analysis and design of the project plan of the Mov’in Europe fair. The work process is divided into three parts, where the first part consists of the theoretical basis. The second part of the bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of the non-profit organisation ESN VUT Brno, and the analysis of their process for planning the fair. The outcome of the bachelor thesis can be found in the last part, which includes design of the project solution using the elements of project management.
Proposal of Marketing Mix of the Selected Company in an International Environment

This diploma thesis deals with the adjustment of the marketing mix of a selected company when importing a new brand of truck tires to the Slovak market. The work consists of three main parts. The first part deals with the explanation of theoretical concepts related to the researched issues. In the second part, attention is paid to the analysis of the current state of the selected company, where selected analyzes are used. It includes a research part, which focuses on the marketing mix by addressing the target segment. In the last part, there are proposals and recommendations regarding the marketing mix which are based on the analysis, in order to address a selected target segment in the Slovak B2B market.
