Mat roll cutter
Šrámek, Michal ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Foller, Bronislav (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a textile machine. More specifically, it deals with the construction of a vertical cutter of non-vowen fabrics that are made of polymerous fibres or fibre glass. The surface density of the material used ranges from 100 – 500 g/m2, the width of a role is 2000 mm and the weight is 150 kg. The machine is supposed to be designed in such a way so that the mat roles could be cut in any point.
An Optimalization of Production Process expenses with the usage of World Class Manufacturing
Šrámek, Michal ; MBA, Tomáš Kubala, (referee) ; Juřica, Pavel (advisor)
Bachelor`s thesis is focused on implementation of WCM system (World Class Manufacturing) within group Automotive Lighting and generally also in all FIAT group. In first part will be mentioned actual situation on the market and aspects which carried all the group to decission to implicate this kind of programme and to try optimalizated costs in better way. Second part will go into actual situation and statut in which is implementation now. Third main part will be proposed steps which should make faster and better all the process to get the real results and not only proclamation of melioration.
Vulnerability testing of cloud solutions by Slowloris attack
Šrámek, Michal ; Sikora, Marek (referee) ; Šeda, Pavel (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of distributed Slowloris attack implemented in the Apache JMeter module. This module is then used to demonstrate the vulnerability in the Microsoft Azure cloud environment. The outcome of the thesis is an extension of the module, enabling testing from multiple IP addresses. The SlowHTTPTest tool, which the module utilizes for the attack, is also modified. In the introduction, the basic concepts related to cloud services and their classification are established. This is followed by chapters defining the current security threats to the cloud and how they compare between the three largest cloud providers. The technologies and configurations used in Azure environments are also described. Finally, the thesis focuses on modifying the attack module to support multiple addresses and tests it on both local and cloud infrastructures.
Interaction of gold cationic nanoparticles with blood cells and their distribution in the model organism
ŠRÁMEK, Michal
Cationic gold nanoparticles (GNPs) are attractive candidates for drug delivery, biomedical imaging and targeted anti-cancer therapy. Due to their unique physical-chemical properties, they have great potential, especially for so-called targeted photothermal cancer therapy. Nanoparticle properties such as size, shape and surface charge play a key role in the internalization process and different types of NPs can enter cells by various pathways. It has been reported, that specific cationic gold nanorods (GNRs) preparations are taken up by both normal and cancer cells in large amounts. The nanoparticles were shown to accumulate inside vesicular structures. Prior to the start with an application of cationic GNRs in biomedicine for different kind of purposes (such as photothermal therapy, targeted drug/gene delivery carriers, fluorescence probes, pregnancy test etc.), it is necessary at first to determine their biological safety and organism's response in general. In our laboratory, we are focused mainly on the application of GNRs in photothermal therapy. That consists of cationic GNRs accumulated in tumour tissue, where they transform light into heat upon irradiation by near-infrared (NIR) light, thereby thermally damaging nearby cells. During the study, it was shown by microscopic examination of the blood that after incubation of blood with cationic GNRs in vitro, the interaction of GNRs with white blood cells and platelets was observed. Further, using histology and fluorescence microscopy it was shown that after in vivo application the cationic GNRs are mostly accumulated in mouse spleen. The obtained data contributed to an understanding of cationic GNRs distribution and toxicity at the level of the cell and organism and were published as a part of the complex study in Biomaterials journal.

Šrámek, Michal ; Šedivá, Zuzana (advisor) ; Benáčanová, Helena (referee)
This bachelor's work describes the basic methods and principles, which are used for presenting the company and their products via the internet. The author focuses theoretically on the basic graphic elements of web design, the psychological effects of colors and shapes, advertising and marketing. Great attention is given primarily for presenting companies and their products. What techniques are used in the presentation of products on the internet. Great emphasis is placed on graphic design and presentation of the relevance of graphics formats for presentation of products. Subsequently, the author refers to standards that are used on the Iternet and companies should follow them. Part of this work is devoted to traffic statistic on the internet, shopping and what attributes of the website should satisfy according to subgroup analysis. In the practical part of the bachelor's work the autor is analyzing selected companies and their products. Subsequently, the author focuses on the advantages, disadvantages, for which he creates recommendations, that can improve the website.
