Olivenza: the disputed area of the Portuguese-Spanish relations

Diploma thesis "Olivenza: the disputed area of the Portuguese-Spanish relations", is about lying to the Portuguese-Spanish border, whose domination is the subject of dispute for centuries. The first part describes developments since its inception in the fall of undemocratic regimes in Portugal and Spain, as well as their development under the current democratic groups and finally the current situation. It deals with the question, what exactly is the dispute of why the local population considers members of the Portuguese nation, despite living in a territory which is part of the Kingdom of Spain, that is exactly what the legal aspect of the current situation and whether this issue in the 21st century to date. This is intrinsic case studies using the analysis process and process tracing.

A Comparative study of the IRA and ETA Abstract: The diploma thesis "The Functioning of National-Separatist Organizations. A Comparative Study of IRA and ETA" deals with two West European national-separatist organizations as well as the phenomenon of political terrorism and ethnic conflict. The selected organizations are unique among other ones as to their history and the way of functioning, and for these reasons they have been chosen for this study. Both organizations can be considered the main source of conflict in the national separatist movement in Basque Country and Northern Ireland from the beginning of the 20th century. The basic premise is that both IRA and ETA reach their aim, which can be generalised as independence of the national states, which they are a part of, in a specific way, it being primarily terrorism. Outdoor Education (OE) from the Czech Companies Viewpoint

and key words Title: Outdoor education (OE) from the view of Czech companies Aim of the work: Analyse and evaluate the outdoor education situation in Czech republic and the posibilities of applying it in human resources. Find out why the companies take part in the outdoor courses and what do they expect from it. Method: A questionnaire research was used to find out how the Czech companies evaluate the outdoor education and the courses themselves. We gained answers from 20 companies working on the Czech market. To gain better view on the problem we compared the results with other thesis. Results: The results show the point of view of the personnel managers of the mentioned companies to the courses of OE. Key words: outdoor education, teambuilding, courses, teamwork
