Harmonization of Environmental Tax on Plastic Materials in EU

Bachelor´s thesis deals with relations between taxes and environment. Deals with gaps, specifically in the zone of plastic packaging waste. Thesis compares specific taxes in the country with taxes in several EU countries and further suggests the possibility of changes in the area and assess the feasibility of their implementation. The thesis zooms in tax brief history of environmental area, clarify types of ecological taxes in EU countries, especially waste fees and packing charges. At the same time it draws attention to the lack of harmonization within the EU.

Graphs Subsystem in Internet Browser Environment

This master's thesis, divided into two sections, compares in part one existing (non-)commercial systems for OLAP presentation using contingency table or graph. The main focus is put on a graph. Results received from my observations in part one are used for implementing a graphic subsystem within internet browser's environment. User friendly interface and good arrangement of displayed data are the most important tasks.

Name: The acquisition of ownership My dissertation deals with the area of the acquisition of ownership, more precisely acquisition of title. I chose this topic after consulting my supervisor at the beginning of my course in 2010. During the course of my studies, however, a new Civil Code (Act no. 89/2012 Coll.) was adopted and came into effect in January 2014. This therefore presented an opportunity to compare the existing regulations contained in Act no. 40/1964 Coll. (now designated as the old Civil Code) with the new regulation, as well as with other regulations such as Act no. 141/1950 Coll. (designated as the middle Civil Code), the government draft of the Civil Code dating from 1937 which was never adopted due to the developments in the political situation and the General Civil Code which was adopted from the Austrian law known as the ABGB (Allgemeines bürgerliches Gesetzbuch ). Some institutions of original acquisition have also been compared with the German BGB (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch) or the new Russian Civil Code. This bachelor thesis on the topic of Self-propelled sugar beet harvesters is focused on modern self-propelled sugar beet harvesters. The first part includes Czech and European agriculture in conjunction with sugar beet and the importance of sugar beet in the food and industrial applications. Thereafter the thesis describes breeding, harvesting and working procedures in the harvest of sugar beet. Thesis also focuses particularly self-propelled harvesters, their current construction solution, curiosities and technical-economic evaluation.

Final report of the project Monitoring and full-area of mapping SACs as a background for finalization of proposal of system Natura 2000 in the Czech Republic - part F 64 in the year 2013

Monitoring on 52 localities on territory of the Czech Republic was realized in 2013. Observed were occurence and frequency of selected group of endangered fish species: Ukrainian brook lamprey (Eudontomyzon mariae), streber (Zingel streber), zingel (Zingel zingel), gudgeon (Romanogobio sp.), Danube ruffe (Gymnocephalus baloni), striped ruffe (Gymnocephalus schraetser), ziege (Pelecus cultratus), weatherfish (Misgurnus fossilis), golden loaches (Sabanejewia aurata) and spined loach (Cobitis sp.).
