How to work with school buildings that have been standing here for many years and are designed in the style of teaching from the last century? How to respond to a time when the approach to both the education of teachers themselves and to teaching itself is rapidly changing? I perceive that the layout of most of today's school buildings lags behind the requirements of current teaching styles. School management is trying to deal with this problem, but despite the efforts they put into it, these spaces still play the role of backdrops in teaching. I think that the school building itself should be a creative and stimulating environment that provides a helping hand to teachers in teaching and children in their development. The diploma thesis follows on from the pre-diploma project, in which I research topics related to the issue of school teaching and its environment. It is about the development and functioning of modern approaches to teaching, their requirements for space, developmental psychology and understanding the context in the construction of school buildings in the Czech Republic from the 16th century. to present. In conclusion, based on research and analysis, I define the principles that I try to apply in my diploma thesis to a specific proposal for the reconstruction of a school building from the 1980s.
Granery in Slaný

The subject of the work is the reconversion of the Baroque granary building in Slaný. The proposal focuses on the meeting of generations and the idea of learning from experience, which is supported by a playful and variable space. It creates a new link between the streets of Palacký and Nejtkov, between which there is a lively parterre with a café, a gallery and a multipurpose hall. The complex form is supplied to the whole territory by the newly created public area in the technical services area.

The aim of this dissertation is to test the financial position of companies operating cafe chains in the Czech Republic. It concentrates on the company CHI Czech s.r.o., which runs the cafe chain coffeehaven. The analysis of the financial viability of the company is tested via set of analytical index and the company's results are compared with results achieved by other cafe chains.
Komparativní analýza agregovaných bankovních výkazů vybraných bank působících v českém bankovním systému

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou účetních výkazů vybraných bank v českém bankovním systému, zejména analýzou bankovních bilancí. Úvodní část se zabývá právní úpravou účetnictví bank, charakteristikou a obsahovým vymezením bilance banky. Bližší pozornost je zaměřena na jednotlivé kategorie a druhy cenných papírů, na jejich oceňování a účtování. Jsou zde objasněny účetní metody, které banka při vedení účetnictví používá a v souladu s nimiž vyhotovuje účetní závěrku. Další část se věnuje rozboru účetních výkazů a analýze nekonsolidovaných bankovních bilancí vybraných bank. Nejprve jsou analyzovány bilance GE Money Bank v letech 2002 až 2006 a dále jsou komparovány bilance České spořitelny, Raiffeisenbank. a eBanky sestavené k 31. 12. 2006.
