Information and education of senior patients in the frame of helth care.

Information and education of senior patients in the frame of health care. This thesis focuses on informations providing by health care professionals to the seniors age patients/clients. I describe the contemporary situation in this field in the Czech republic, and define main attributes and conditions according to the historical, social, cultural and moral context in the theoretical part of thesis. I introduce the transmission and the acceptation of the information during the dialogue between a layperson and an expert in two basic levels: level of rules, especially an Inform consent, and level of an ethical discourse. I compare an atmosphere created by law and rules with human reactions, either as medical professionals, or as a patient. For the empirical section of the thesis, I describe and evaluate experiences of patients with information-giving by health care professionals. I have chosen qualitative method for the main body of my empirical research, which consists of semi-structured interviews with 20 patients. The collected data were cathegorised, analysed and then quantified and prepared for interpretation. Possible Attitudes of Secondary Health Management to Considereted Practise of Active Euthanasia in Czech Republic

The aim of this thesis is to capture the opinion of representatives of secondary health management on the appropriateness of including the possibility of performing active euthanasia in the Czech healthcare system and their view on the issue of active euthanasia, by obtaining answers to predefined research questions. In the theoretical part, the reader is first acquainted with the phenomenon of euthanasia and the distinction of the term active euthanasia, which is the focus of the research part of this thesis, from other concepts, with which it could potentially be easily confused. Furthermore, the current legislative framework in the Czech Republic and European case law on euthanasia are briefly introduced. The following is an introduction to ethical issues through a summary of arguments and counterarguments for and against the legalization of active euthanasia in the Czech Republic. At the end of the theoretical part, there are brief reflections on the inclusion of euthanasia in the context of hospice care, which are voiced in media and public sphere and a summary of what we know about the perception of this issue from the perspective of the Czech population. Use of CrossFit elements to develop the strength and endurance abilities of the general population.

Title of the thesis: Use of CrossFit elements to develop the strength and endurance abilities of the general population. Objectives of the thesis: Based on literary research and own experience, prepare a design of an interventional movement program with CrossFit elements aimed at affecting the strength and endurance abilities of a group of men from the general population. Methods: The research method of professional literature was used in this thesis, especially collection, sorting and evaluation of relevant information. In proces of searching for information, I drew from professional books, scientific articles, studies or websites dealing with the researched topic. I searched for electronic publications on the following servers: Web of Science, Scholar Google, SportDiscus, PubMed. Results: Based on information from the professional literature, I have come to believe that CrossFit training has the potential to develop both strength and endurance abilities, as well as aerobic fitness or change body composition. The result of the thesis is a theoretical design of a seven-week interventional movement program with CrossFit elements, which is aimed at developing strength and endurance abilities. Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of advance directive and the public awareness of this subject. The theoretical chapter is dedicated to the concept of advance directive and its content, legal standard, history, ethical aspect and existing research. The practical part of the thesis focuses on research on knowledge of public at the age of 20 to 30 about the advance directive. At first the basic information about respondents is introduced, subsequently the analysis of research questions is performed and finally there is a discussion about the results of research compared to the results of research carried out by research agency STEM/MARK in 2015 and also with results of research in bachelor thesis by Adéla Kadeřávková in 2018. Areal preservation: barrier or impulse of development? Case study of Křivoklátsko

This thesis deals with issues of areal preservation, or rather their function in regional development and their impact on residents who lives in affected areas. Due to discussions in progress about declaration of natural park was chosen area of Křivoklátsko as a case study. The goal of this research is to answer the question ,,Is territorial protection barrier or impulse for regional development?". This thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part, we focus on theoretical and methodological background of the study of areal preservation's impact to regional development. The following part represents the situation analysis of the area with an emphasis to assessment of natural and socio-economic potential. The third part discussed the relationship of areal preservation and regional development from the perspective of development actors. The research points to possitive effects of national park declaration so it will be impulse for regional development.
Who Belongs Our Body to? - About the Relationship of People to Their Own Body

The thesis deals with the relationship of men to their own body, the changes of this relationship in the history and the form it takes today. It tries to clear what stays behind contemporary attitudes to the corporality and to show the very different points of view in situations, when it's decided about the accebtability of dealing with body, in medical backround or in everyday life. It's concerned especially with the problem of identification with our own body. This influences, how we take care of the body and what we use it for. There is also discussed the importance of a good relation to our own body as a prevention of its abuse and as an important aspect of people's health.
