The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "The Proposal of Development Company's Incentive System" is to analyse the current status of employees' motivation in the company IMOS Brno, a.s. The thesis contains analysis of current employees' incentive system. The data was gathered via questionnaire focused on satisfaction of employees and introduced incentive tools. Based on the results improvement measures are formulated which will lead to higher employees' satisfaction.

Evaluation of the Economy of the Town Střelice

The bachelor’s thesis is devoted to explaining keynotes of the economy of the selected municipality. It deals with the evaluation of the economy of the town Střelice during period 2011-2014 and focuses on subsidy policy. The bachelor thesis contributes to gaining a more comprehensive insight into the methodology of financing of the planned investment and it can show the way how to obtain the funds that are needed for its implementation. First, it introduces the theoretical aspects of financing and subsequently analyses the possibility of obtaining funds from grant programmes to cover the costs of the particular investment project. The core objective of this thesis is to formulate proposals for taking measures that could lead to an improvement of the economic situation and in particular to the further development of the municipality.

The diploma thesis deals with posibility of estabilishing a kart´s race with a bar in the selected location. There are theoretical background needed for processing work at the first part. The second part contains practical solutions for business plan. The thesis is based on competition and market analysis, potential customers and marketing research. The result is a comprehensive project to establish the kart´s track with the bar.

Air-conditioning and ventilation of a restaurant

Diploma thesis is focused on the design of restaurant's air-condition system for 60 persons as well as air-condition system for adjacent kitchen. The work consists of an introduction to the problematic of air-condition systems and its arrangement in the project. Diploma thesis consists of two parts - computational and design. Computational part includes computations of a quantity of an aeration air, calculation of thermal losses, stress and psychrometric evaluation of operation during summer and winter. Design part consists of designing of location and slot diffuser dimensioning, design of air conduct paths, its dimensioning and calculation of pressure losses. This work also includes designing of ventilation of machine-room, selection of air-condition units and its measurement and regulation. Drawing documentation and material specifications are also part of this diploma thesis.

Reasons for lack of interest in work with drug addicted clients among students of social field

The bachelor's thesis is focused on possible reasons for lack of interest in work with drug addicted clients among students of social fields. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to find out the reasons for students of social disciplines of ZSF JU to work with drug addicts. As a research question, it was determined - What are the reasons for students in social disciplines (not) to work with drug addicts? Based on the focus of this bachelor's thesis, the following hypotheses have been established - The age influences interest in working with drug addicts. The length of practice influences interest in working with drug addicts. The research part was carried out by a quantitative strategy, the method of questioning by standardized questionnaire technique. The research was done at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. The research group consisted of students of social fields of full-time and combined forms of study, namely social work, social work in public administration and management of social work in organizations. The collected data were processed through descriptive statistics in MS Excel and the hypothesis testing was performed in the SPSS program by correlation method. The research showed that more than half of the respondents do not plan to engage with this target group in the future. The most common reason for this decision has been the fear of danger and difficulty. Respondents, who had the opposite opinion, mostly choosed the possibility of helping people to get rid of their addiction as a reason to operate in the drug field. The results of the survey of this bachelor's thesis may fulfill the informative function for social services working with drug addicts. In my opinion, the drug issue should become known to the majority population.

The solution of anti-erosive protection for the model catchment area Jenín

Target of the thesis is examination and evaluation of water-erosion influence on farmlands in the catchment of the Jenín brook. In the case of heightened erosive washes it should to suggest anti-erosive measures. In practical section a calculation of erosive washes trough the use of the Wischmeier-Smith equation is presented. This calculation evidences excessive erosive wash just about 60 % of area. Because of this reason the following options of anti-erosive measures were suggested: option Nr. 1 - the rotation of crops with one intercrop; option Nr. 2 - the rotation of crops with two intercrops and Nr. 3 {--} the delimitation of plantation {--} a change of the arable land on the grassland. For these measures the erosive wash was calculated. In results the calculations and evaluation of particulars options of erosive measures are presented. In the end the evaluation of all outcomes in relation to existent land use is concluding.

Personality psychological assessment of eligibility of job applicants in prisons

The main aim of this thesis was to design methodology that could be used for psychological assessment of personal capability of applicants that apply for position of warders in Czech prisons. As fare as my motivation for dealing with this topic is concerned at least two reasons could be mentioned. The first was a need for new tools which would be suitable for effective assessment of applicants. The second reason is more personal and comes out of my need for professional growth in the field. The submitted paper is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical while the second one is empirical. In the first part I deal with a question of selection of employees from a perspective of job analyses, job definition and specification, competence, cognition of personality, determining criteria for assessment of personal capability, procedure of employees' selection and use of assessment centre method. Experiences of some professionals working in Czech prisons were although used to enrich the theoretical part. We tried to create a base that could help us to make "profesiogram", structured interview and methods for selection of employees which would be suitable for assessment of applicants for posts of warders. Melancholy in the poetry of Antonín Sova

The main theme of this thesis is a literary motive of melancholy in the poetry of a Czech poet Antonín Sova. The end of 19th century and the beginning of 20th century we can consider as a specifically melancholic and it is possible to see it especially in pieces of writing of many authors. The rare situation happened in the Czech lands. The Czechs were ready to deal with new issues, but their expectation did not come true. The frustration of all the situation is noticeable mainly in works of Czech decadents, but we can also see it in the poetry of Antonín Sova. It is obvious in his Vybouřené smutky and then in Ještě jednou se vrátíme... which follows and we chose it as a basic text for our interpretation of melancholic motive in Sova's poetry. It was published in time of culminating expectations of some changes in the field of social situation, which was becoming unbearable. It is impossible to omit melancholic feeling in Ještě jednou se vrátíme..., but it is somehow modified, especially in his lyric poetry, which does not sound unambiguously tragical, but on the contrary it offers particular hopes.
