Model identification and measurement of parameters of model turbine JetCAT

The bachelor's thesis deals with measurement of microturbine engine parameters. The first part of the thesis covers theory of microturbine parameters measurement, data analysis, interpretation and utilization for model identification, engine control, individual functional block charts and characteristics generation. All possible methods for engine parameters measurement, sensors selection and installation, data acquisition are analyzed here. The focus is on the engine air flow measurement. Selected method of the air flow measurement is described here in detail and verified for the specific case. The Calibration was carried out by means of measuring route with continuous air flow adjustment. In the final part is concept evaluation and recommendation for air flow measurement in the real application on the model turbine JetCAT.
New conception of hydraulic drive CPB

The main objective of this master's thesis is to design the new conception of hydraulic drive of the baling press CPB 100 with application of modern tendencies in the field of hydraulic engineering. This thesis contains design and calculations of new hydraulic drive, hydraulic circuit diagram and the list of hydraulic elements that are used. Moreover this thesis includes the design of an electrical control and the design of hydraulic block and manifold.
Hydraulic blankholder-ejector

Diploma thesis solves project of the hydraulic blankholder/ejector for the mechanical press. On the basis of defined parameters are carried out the analysis of crank mechanism, necessary calculations, analyse of all suggested alternatives, project of hydraulic system and specification of hydraulic components. Tutorials took place in company ŽĎAS, a.s. and project is performed on the basis of the suggestions, advices and recommendations of Hydraulic systems department of this company.
Testing unit for proportional valves

This bachelor thesis deals with development and construction of a portable testing unit for hydraulic proportional valves, whose assumption of usage is primarily for maintenance, inspection and commissioning of hydraulic machinery in operation. The thesis also includes an introduction to the issue of proportional valves and the existing testing units. Through the work, the development and design of electronics, based on dsPIC microcontroller is introduced and its utility program will be developed using Kerhuel Toolbox in Simulink environment. The result of the work will be a prototype of testing unit.
Electrically adjusted safety valve for HFA liquids

The purpose of bachelor’s thesis is proposal and implementation of automation mechanism of electrically adjusted safety valve for HFA liquids and its tuning and testing based on provider’s requirements. Automation mechanism proposal includes suggestion of mechanical, electronical and software components of the device. As a result of thesis is via Simulink’s Real Time Toolbox operational prototype with adjustable position. The provider of the valve is firm ŽĎAZ a.s., from Žďár nad Sázavou.
