The Use of Metohods of the Project Management in IT Projects

In diploma thesis I deal with project proposal for selected company using theoretical knowledge, methods and tools of project management. The first part describes the basic terms of the project and project management, and then the project phases. In the second part of the thesis I deal with the analysis of the company and continue with the proposal of the project of the implementation of the active access node in a particular place of the network.

In the Bachelor’s thesis, I deal with assessment and sugestion on expanding business aktivity of Czech Republic based company Faster CZ,spol.s r.oo, that is producing to the Home automation and Regulation global market. The scope of business is production and resale of control units. The sugestions aim on reinforcing the marketing activities, brand development and improvement of customer relationships on the B2C market. Based on the analysis, I define the position of the company on the market as well as the potential for future development in the framework of certain market and then I define specific activities pointing to improve the business activities.

Flat tax - a legitimate instrument or an unjustified inequality? Abstract This paper analyses the impact of the flat-rate scheme as it is regulated in the current and effective legislation. The aim of this paper is to compare the real tax burden on gross profits of both taxpayers - self-employed persons in the flat-rate regime, whose tax liability is equal to the flat-rate tax, and self-employed persons in the standard taxation regime, and employees, assuming that they perform a similar type of income-generating activity as the self-employed persons under examination. To this end, qualitative research is carried out on model situations of self-employed taxpayers with different actual costs of reaching their income level and employees, with the gross profits of these taxpayers set to correspond to the lower- and upper- income thresholds for the different bands of the flat-rate regime. The first part of the thesis theoretically describes the taxation of natural persons, the second part contains specific calculations and description of partial conclusions for each market situation examined. Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty.

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of patient after cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a theoretical elaboration of proximal humerus fractures, shoulder arthroplasty and a summary of rehabilitation care of patients with this diagnosis. The aim of the practical part is the patient's case study after implantation of the cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty. Methods: The bachelor's thesis consists of theoretical and special part. The theoretical part is processed in the form of a literature search and discusses fractures of the proximal humerus and shoulder arthroplasty. The special part contains a case report of a patient with a diagnosis after implantation of a cervicocapital shoulder arthroplasty, which is based on practical cooperation with the patient during continuous practice. This section contains the input and output kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapy plan, daily record of the therapy and an evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The final kinesiological examination, performed after a month of rehabilitation, showed a significant improvement in the patient's health. Healthy lifestyle of young population

This bachelor thesis deals with the matter of exploring a healthy lifestyle of young population. The first part of the thesis focuses on explaining the basic terminology and definitions relative to the issue. The theme of a healthy lifestyle is a very voluminous subject, thus, in theoretical part, the main attention is paid only to essential topics such as nutrition, upbringing, leisure activities, sport or non-profit organizations. The second part is practical and focuses on the research carried out at Litoměřická grammar school, specifically on the analysis of the school canteen, its possibilities of providing the snacks and their diversity, the way it is financed and the places intended to be used for sport purposes. The analysis of data is conducted by using the method of Bronislaw Kasper Malinowski and the comparison with the current status of the figures and facts that are available on the official website of the grammar school. In the conclusion of the work, a few suggestions were made, on the basis of the found data, in order to improve the contemporary situation concerning a healthy lifestyle of young population.
