I Lex Aquilia and delict damnum iniuria datum of roman law Abstract The subject of this thesis is the Lex Aquilia and the delict of unlawfully caused damage (damnum iniuria datum) contained in this law. The aim of the thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the Lex Aquilia as one of the most important Roman laws and the introduction of damnum iniuria datum contained in it as a universal delict for cases of damage claims in a wide range of cases of killing animals or slaves, cases of damaged things or complete destruction of property. The first part of the thesis serves as an explanation of key concepts from a general point of view, which are necessary to grasp the subject. The concepts of obligation and delictual liability, Roman categorisation of delicts into delicta privata and crimens, and the role of lawsuits (actio) and standing in Roman law are introduced. Furthermore, the sources of the regulation of delict law, primary sources including the Corpus Iuris Civilis, and also various authors most notably Roman lawyer Ulpian, are presented in a brief manner. Marketing Strategy of Fragrance Online Shop

The aim of this thesis is operation and marketing strategy evaluation of previous fragrance online shop run by VEDICI, s.r.o. and to propose a marketing strategy for a new planned electronic shop within this business line based on analyses done. This proposal is built on comprehensive theoretical overview in terms of strategic and online marketing, as well as external and internal situational analysis, companywide and marketing SMART goals, and process of segmentation, targeting, and positioning. Outcomes are then applied during the strategy setting of marketing mix (i.e. product, price, promotion and placement). At the end the thesis includes an evaluation of proposed marketing strategy together with couple of recommendations for the future development.

The aim of the diploma thesis "New media and their use in public awareness campaigns" is to formulate guidelines and recommendations for the use of new media in awareness campaigns. The the methods of analysis and synthesis are used in this thesis. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with new media in terms of marketing communications. The second chapter focuses on the definition of social marketing and public awareness campaigns. The third chapter deals with the analysis of four public awareness campaigns that have been used new media. The fourth chapter presents the principles and recommendations for more effective use of new media in public awareness campaigns. Respect for these principles and recommendations shoult help to future effective use of new media.

The goal of this diploma thesis is to analyze and evaluate situation of the corporation AC Sparta Praha fotbal, a.s. (AC Sparta Prague football). In the diploma thesis, there are applied generally used approaches and instruments for analysis of joint stock company. The situation of Sparta Prague is compared also with other clubs. I can see the biggest contribution of my work in a fact that till this time there is no analysis, which deals with czech football club in this comprehensive way.
