Marketing campaign of the insurance company on social networking sites

The bachelor s thesis Marketing campaign of the insurance company on social networking sites analyses the application of social networks in marketing communication of companies. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of the benefits connected to the use of social networks as a marketing tool and describes the process of creating a marketing campaign on social networks. The aim of this thesis is to prepare a marketing campaign for an insurance product on selected social networks (Facebook and Instagram), to implement this campaign and evaluate its progress and if the set of the main objectives have been achieved. Part of this thesis comprises of a quantitative content analysis that examines the communication activities of main competitors on Facebook. Based on the found results, recommendations for future company s campaigns will be proposed to help increase the efficiency in communication on selected social networks.
Marketing simulation and its application in practice on an imaginary market

The thesis entitled Marketing simulation and its application in practice on an imaginary market had as main objective to create a trial version of marketing business simulation in Microsoft Excel, test it, and use this testing to draw conclusions relevant for its further development. This paper contains theoretical part concerning knowledge of marketing management, provides practical information about business and marketing oriented business games from the historical and contemporary point of view. Furthermore, it presents a truly created trial version of the simulation, which was named MarSim from the perspective of its author and potential users. The thesis also provides information about the realized testing and its results, which together with other data became the basis for the suggestions of possible improvement.
The importance of programmatic buying in online advertising on the Czech market

The thesis is concerned with introduction of programmatic buying with the focus on the Real-time bidding model in the context of online marketing. Based on the analysis of secondary research it evaluates the present importance and predicts the future development of programmatic buying on the Czech market in comparison to the development in foreign countries. By author´s own several data analyses the thesis evaluates the effectiveness of programmatic buying in online advertising and the significance of its use from the perspective of the prominent Czech publisher Seznam.cz.
Application of behavioural economics on pricing page.

This paper discuses design and optimization of the price lists on the web-sites, using the knowledge acquired from the field of behavioural economics. To support the main goal of this paper, the quantitative experiment was conducted. This experiment was conducted through the web-site, where two different types of prices, set by application of a knowledge from behavioural economics and architecture of a choice were tested. To evaluate the data obtained, the descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing and revenue impact analysis have been used. Applying the data obtained as a result of the experiment, it has been found that different factors can influence the decision-making process and preferences of an individual deciding between different types of services. This testing proved the relation between the price list displayed and the choice of a subject of this experiment. At the same time, it was found that by using the best suitable design architecture of the online price list and by applying knowledge from the behavioural sciences, it is possible to positively influence the sale revenue and conversion of the chosen variant, with relatively low implementation costs, as it is demonstrated on the example of Czech market.
Usage of internet advertising for Victoria Bowling using Google AdWords and Seznam Sklik tools

This bachelor's thesis is focused on online marketing, more specifically on advertising through PPC systems. It introduces the two most widely used tools for this form of advertising in the Czech Republic. It also describes the principles of the functioning of these systems, the process of preparation of advertising campaigns, optimization and evaluation. The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the advertising campaigns from the above mentioned systems, to compare them and to submit a proposal for improving the efficiency to the next period. Other tools, such as Google Analytics, keyword planners, web site monitoring tools, etc., will be used to meet the goals. The main contribution of this work include a more effective appreciation of the investments placed in PPC ads after applying submitted proposals. Main contribution of this thesis is validation of individual advertisement campaign methods in practice.
Innovative trends in the Czech banking industry in comparison with the foreign banking markets

This thesis concerns comparison of contemporary banking trends in the area of innovation in the Czech Republic and in other countries. It describes current perception of innovation in general but also shows current world trends in this area. The thesis is focused on evaluation of the situation of Czech banking market and its comparison with foreign countries in the field of innovation. Apart from this comparison, the Czech competitive environment of four selected banks is evaluated in the thesis. Also, the behaviour of bank's customers with focus on their preferences in communication with banks is analysed. The thesis also contains example of innovation process including some specific innovative concepts. The benefits of the thesis are evaluation of the innovative potential of the Czech banking market and recommendation for banks, to which communication channel they should focus their efforts in the future.
Application of HR Marketing in the recruitment process at GE Aviation Czech

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to define HR Marketing strategy of GE Aviation Czech company. The objective is achieved by three conducted researches among company employees, students of technical high schools and universities and also by the monitoring of GE publicity and relevant competitors. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of HR Marketing background that is subsequently used in the analytical part of the thesis. The outcome of these conducted researches is the definition of such an activities and marketing channels that can significantly contribute to increasing the efficiency of the recruitment process of the company. The defined strategy includes also basic financial allocation of costs of the proposed activities. Some of the proposed actions have been already implemented; therefore the analytical part describes and evaluates the benefit of these marketing channels.

The purpose of this thesis is an analysis of typical signs, tendencies and measurements of campaigns on certain current examples of biggest czech influencers.
Real time bidding as a new way of buying media

The thesis presents RTB as a new way of buying media. The theoretical part defines the display advertising market, compares different ways of buying media and deeper describes functions of individual entities within the RTB ecosystem. In the application part are used methods such as the deep interviewing, the primary data analysis from the Adform DSP platform and the content analysis, to characterize the Czech market which is also compared with selected markets of Central and Eastern Europe. A future development of RTB on the Czech market is outlined by means of expert interviews. Shortcomings of the current solution are identified based on comparison and analysis of results of retargeting campaigns for the selected subject. Furthermore, an appropriate modification of a retargeting strategy is proposed with support of experts.
Marketing Communication of ICT Integrator.

The aim of this thesis is to recommend communication practices drawn from the analysis of the ICT organization and its marketing communication activities. The subsequent objective is to examine ICT market since 90's and to identify its future growth. The thesis studies the specifics of marketing communication whiten the B2B field. The first part appraises B2B market as such which is then compared with B2C market. Additionally, the work introduces communication activities employed to the Czech market place. It mostly considers the advertising, sales support, promotion, direct marketing, sponsorship and event marketing, personal sale, trade shows, exhibitions and digital media. The practical part assesses the given ICT organization and its leading competition. This part also evaluates the characteristics of ICT market in Czech Republic. The mapping and analysis of ICT market in Czech Republic was underpinned by the primary qualitative research. The final part evaluates the communication activities of chosen company. It then concludes with the potential practical recommendations drawn from the analysis results.
