The Master Thesis of "Barriers for successful implementation and running of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in logistic companies" deals with the current situation of CRM in logistic companies. The main goal of this Thesis is to analyze the sample of several logistic companies by different type which decided to implement any kind of CRM and to find out which barriers and problems constrained from the successful implementation or are blocking the successful running of CRM. The partial goal is to analyze the economic situation and the logistic market in the Czech Republic. The last goal is to provide any recommendations how to follow the right approaches of implementation and which critical areas to focus during the implementation on. These suggestions are based on the result of the evaluated replies with filled questioners. The analytical part bears on the theoretical definition of Customer Relationship Management and of Project Management (based on PMBOK). The main benefit is seen for the companies which haven't decided yet to implement CRM because of unclear barriers and effects. Inspiration can find also the organizations which do any business outside the logistic market.

Managment in the global economy: opportunities and risks

The thesis start from general introduction to globalization but its focus is on the following areas: global buying of company inputs (sourcing), expanding on the foreign/global markets (output) and managing the risks associated with globalization (increased competition, foreign currency and raw material/inputs hedge). Overall the thesis is practical in its approach and thus it provides the real applicable approaches in terms of the management in the global economy. Despite these practicalities the thesis also aims at analyzing the more general business environment for global activities of a firm. This is realized in section on economic assessment of the market and evaluation of foreign currency fundamentals.

This diploma paper provides an overview of operation and meaning of multinational corporations in the modern global economy and in the economy of the Czech Republic. Likewise, the paper presents a comparison of conditions and consequences, connected with the activities of multinational corporations in the economies of Russian Federation and Czech Republic. During the process of studying the history and modern reality of multinational corporations in Czech Republic the author wanted to realize, how substantial was their influence in Czech economy. By comparison with multinational corporations' activities in Russian economy the author finds out, whether the scenario is unique in Czech republic, or it is possible to find certain analogues in other countries.

The final thesis is focused on a process management in praxes. The theoretical part of thesis concludes different techniques of mapping and analysing of a process. The practical part is focused on a practical analyse and mapping of the certain process in international financial institution. On the base of the process analyse are suggested changes to optimize the process.
