Evaluation of the DigiStories cyberbullying prevention project

Title: Evaluation of the DigiStories cyberbullying prevention project Keywords: Digital technologies, DigiStories, children, elementary school, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cybergrooming, sexting, prevention. Abstract: This thesis deals with the DigiStories cyberbullying prevention project. The theoretical part is divided into ten chapters, in which the author gradually presented the definition of cyberbullying, anger between traditional bullying and cyberbullying. In other chapters, she presented the signs and means of cyberbullying, its types and actors of the whole problem. Subsequently, the author analyzed the epidemiological data of cyberbullying and the possibilities of its solution. Several other prevention projects and their evaluation options. The DigiStories project was evaluated at selected schools through a questionnaire survey. These evaluations were then practically evaluated by the author in a section. The aim of the thesis was to introduce and present the concept of the DigiStories cyberbullying prevention project and to determine its success in schools with children of the second grade of elementary school.

The popularity and usage of social networking sites (SNS) are constantly on the rise, mainly among adolescents. Nowadays kids and adolescents probably don't even remember the world without the internet and smartphones. This fact has an impact on their development, mostly during adolescence. The main task during adolescence, mainly during late adolescence, is identity achievement. This process is realized through identity experiments, self-presentation, getting feedback from others, and the peer-socialization. The environment of social media is ideal for all these processes. Thus, my thesis aims to find answers to questions considering the impact of SNS in process of identity formation. To complete the aim of my work I've chosen the concept of identity and its status proposed by James Marcia and I investigated the SNS behavior via the process of self-presentation and its relatedness to the statuses of identity. In the theoretical part, I am focusing on the complex term of identity, possible definitions of identity, and on key developmental tasks with a focus on identity development and its predictors. Effective Persuative Techniques and Factors Used by Propaganda and Disinformation Resources

The topic of persuasion becomes current these days, with a permanent stream of information, from whose is hard to pick the true ones. Every one of us gets to know the world according to certain figures of selective perception, that permit us to see the world according to our beliefs. My work aims to find the answer on several questions about the use of persuasion in propagandistic and disinformation media a make a basic overview of this topic. The answer to these questions is important to know, so we can get about this world, where "lie" is called "alternative truth". To write my thesis, I used academic journals, articles, and studies. In the theoretical part, I introduce the topic and its importance and define the keywords of my work. Next, I describe the topic of attitude change, its models and factors that intervene in the persuasion process on the side of the source, message, and the receiver. The last is propaganda and dezinformation and its techniques used in the environment of the new media. The draft of my research project has a qualitative design.
