Level of motor abilities of Crossfit athletes

This bachelor thesis introduces a new program within the field of fitness, CrossFit. The thesis focuses on the clarification and description of the individual exercise elements which most typically occur within the practice. The practical part of the thesis deals with the degree of the component motor abilities in the CrossFit athletes. The measuring for the research was accomplished through the sample of the athletes from the CrossFit Praha gym. Key words CrossFit, fitness, motor abilities

Physical Competence as an Assumption for Participation in Nature Studies Excursions

The theoretical part of this thesis summarizes the so far findings within the field of nature studies excursions; most specifically, it deals with their planning and process as well as the preparation for them, regarding both the excursion leader and its participants. Further on, the research part is grounded in the description of basic physical movement skills and abilities. The research itself was based on a questionnaire poll, investigating the level of skills and amount of experience directly connected with a stay in the countryside; subsequently, a testing of selected physical movement abilities and swimming skills was performed on a group of ZŠ Čelákovice 6th and 7th grade pupils. "The silent voice which is on about..." or when the music speaks to us even through lyric

The diploma thesis is focused on works of Hana and Petr Ulrych, an explanation of their art work and an interpretation of their poetics. The main point of the interest is an author`s text as well as non-author`s text {--} adapted text in their songs. The thesis is mainly focused on a comparison of the text in each record, searching connections in topics, motives and differences. It also describes a relationship between literature and musical text. The result is compacted work about their production from 60s till today.
