Towards implementing the instruments of Bologna process in the area of recognition of foreign diplomas in the Czech Republic

This study perceives the implementation stage of a policy cycle as an area, which may influence whether the policy has the intended effects. The author focuses on the implementation of the instruments of the Bologna Process in the field of foreign diploma recognition in the Czech Republic and asks, what can one learn about the implementation of a policy in general from studying this specific policy area? To answer this questions the study develops a conceptual and research framework, based on which the author presents propositions as tentative answers to the research questions. The conceptual and research framework is then used to analyze the sources of data, which include a questionnaire survey, analysis of documents and semi- structured interviews. Based on these the author presents recommendations for the implementation of the instruments of the Bologna Process in the area of foreign diploma recognition in the Czech Republic. At the end of the study, the shortcomings and benefits of the application of the conceptual and research framework are evaluated. Analysis of the use of payment cards in retail

This thesis deals with the issue of payment cards. The current situation of payment cards on the Czech market is described and statistically verified in the practical part. The analysisis performed using a questionnaire survey of customer and retailers. The aim of this thesis is using its own research to determine to what extent the payment cards in the Czech Republic used in retail.

Strategie vstupu na zahraniční trh - EF Education First

The principal goal of its thesis is to conduct a research and do the analyses necessary for the decision whether to enter a foreign market and in case of positive answer the entry strategy is to be suggested. The research and analyses are done on the case of EF Education First, a global company doing its business activities in the educational sector with the main specialization in language learning, and the market of Ukraine. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part which summarizes main elements and academic knowledge important for the entry market strategy including modes of entry, international specifics, marketing of services and 7Ps. In the practical part, the findings from the PEST analysis conducted on the Ukrainian market are presented and the internal environment of the company is analyzed. The two main strategies are selected and their advantages and potential limitations are presented. The final recommendation is made.
